Summary: Overall its a straightforward tool that does what it needs to do. It hasn't let me down yet, and with the pricing its a no brainer.

Positive: Makes it really easy to provide incentives for ux research. Available in Zapier so I can build automations around it. Built in fraud controls for peace of mind. Multi-country and currency support for our non US customers. Also, did I mention its FREE??

Negative: When we wanted to switch to a tool that integrated with Tremendous, we weren't able to transfer over our balance, which makes sense but would have been a delight. The virtual visa gift cards expire pretty quickly, but if you reach out to support they can sometimes help you out.

Summary: Overall, this is the best platform hands down! We are very pleased with all Tremendous has to offer.

Negative: The only thing I'm not so happy about is tracking analytics regarding the claimed rewards. There is no option to see if the reward is claimed by a specific receiver, hence no option for a refund.

Negative: One of the more frustrating limitations is the ability to send a gift to an email only once via the workflow. While I understand this is a security measure to prevent misuse, it can be restrictive and require additional steps to address if duplicates are needed. Exporting data from the platform can be cumbersome at times. The process isn't as streamlined as it could be, which can slow down analysis and reporting tasks that rely on up-to-date information.

Summary: After nearly 2 years of daily use and almost 90,000 rewards issued, I have nothing but good things to say about Tremendous. The support team is quick to respond to questions or escalations and Tremendous continues to improve the experience and add value to the product as time goes on.

Positive: Tremendous is a great choice for a gifting platform. I love how it supports a huge range of options, which allows us to support our customers worldwide, in many different locations.

The API is awesome and allows us to integrate it into all of our different systems.

Negative: I find the pricing to be a bit high for allowing customers to send gift cards to Venmo, PayPal or bank accounts. I wish they also supported cryptocurrency payouts.
