Negative: If something goes wrong or is out of the platform, the assistance can be a bit slow.

Positive: The control of company spending is a problem for all organisations, restricting travel arrangements to a budget is a necessity and Travel Perk makes this easy and intuitive to use.

Negative: The option to submit travel arrangements for approval allows a approve/reject response, when often an amendment/alteration of request would be preferable.

Summary: Overall amazing experience, I did not expect everything to go so smoothly! Will recommend this platform to my friends.

Positive: I booked my entire trip (flights + hotel) in under 10 mins! Additionally, I was able to see who from my team is staying at the same hotel for my dates, which is a great extra feature!

Negative: Nothing in particular, but this was just my first experience.

Summary: It was great 😀. I used to stand in the line for collecting my boarding pass but with TravelPerk it is easy to scan and fly without collecting for boarding pass which i liked the most.

Positive: Really It is a good application which made my travel easy with time to time updates. I'm more likely to use this application for my next business trip.

Negative: I didn't find any cons with this TravelPerk application.

Summary: My overall experience is very positive, I've been using it for work, and the company in general is also very happy. Especially because of customer support.

Positive: I like how easy it is to find the flights and actually filter according to the desired criteria, I also like customer support because they reply fast and call you if you can't be online.

Negative: The only thing that I would improve is to send the chat conversation through email because once the chat closes, you can't see it anymore and there is no record of the talk.

Summary: Somehow easier than booking on your own. The mobile app is amazing and super easy to use on iOS platforms.

Positive: I literally booked my work travel as last minute as I could, and I got instant approval and confirmation. They even send you a PDF of the credit card for the hotel.

Negative: I wish I could consolidate accounts. I have a personal and a work email account.

Summary: Very satisfied with the service, can always be improved but the current product is already quite mature.

Positive: There are many things that make TravelPerk my favorite tool for travel:

- Ease-of-Use: TravelPerk is clear and understandable throughout the whole booking process. At each point of your process you have clear expectations on how to proceed and successfully schedule your stay or travel!

- Confirmations: TravelPerk sends your confirmation and summary immediately after you schedule your stay or trip, along with a follow-up to ensure you know once it has been approved! Not only this, but the reminders are helpful to ensure you don't forget about what is coming up! They even schedule you a Google Calendar reminder if you approve for it to sync!

Negative: I have yet to have a bad experience with TravelPerk. So far it has been pretty clear and easy to navigate.

Summary: I just love that I can do my travel arrangements all on one site. Reminder messages all going out in time.

Positive: Every little detail is well organised and makes it so easy to use. I just love how smoothly TravelPerk makes business travel for me. Their Support also is easily contactable and great.

Negative: The only thing I feel a bit weird about is seeing who stayed in a hotel of my colleagues or clients - depending on whether we booked for them. I don't really need that - or just the info from my team members.

Summary: This was my first time using TravelPerk. The website was easily navigated and had plenty of options on multiple airlines/lodging.

Positive: Ease of use and plenty of travel options to meet my needs. I experienced difficulty checking into the hotel. I contacted TravelPerk agent and they resolved it right away.

Negative: Non identified. I appreciate the options and ease of use.

Summary: As a user, I love travel park, is way easier than a using a travel agency. Both mobile and web apps work perfectly, I can book my flights within minutes, or if I have to make a pause my trip is saved and I can come back later to finish the booking. Confirmation is almost immediate and approvals are simple as well.

Positive: Really practical, I can book my flights from the phone and get trip apporval within minutes. Love the slack integration as well.

Negative: When you need to make a change is not as simple as booking, you need to wait for an email response which according to your time-line may take a while.

Summary: The application gives you the best option for traveling and is easy to use and sort the result by different criteria.

Positive: A user-friendly platform where you can easily search for flights on different criteria. The prices are also good and the connections.

Negative: Maybe to include also a way to get to that airport to the city center and the other way around, to be easy to book your flights by checking also the bus/train/taxi prices and schedule.

Summary: It's great customer service. There is helpful resources and tips. The emails are specified to your needs.

Positive: They do all the work when you need to change arrangements for flights and hotel. They email you back with details and not just a generic written email.

Negative: There should be an option if you want to do it yourself to change flights or have them do it for you if someone wants that feature.

Summary: All in all a simple to use app, which is well developed and working as expected and all functions included.

Positive: Very quick and easy. Without any points or topics which could be unclear. Very good in handling. It took me only a few moments to learn how it works and will be used.

Negative: Till now no direct cons, just the function of reminder or message me to mobile or email could be optimized a bit more.

Summary: I have been using TravelPerk for years and the service is very good. Since I started using the mobile app, I find it even easier to use. Ideal for worldwide business trips.
