    Summary: We are constantly striving to make our work much more efficient, Timeneye has given us the opportunity to do things better, to improve as individuals in our professional area, to stand out efficiently in whatever we are developing, incredibly covering empty spaces, and filling them with productivity, has opened new doors full of work achievements. Carrying out our work effectively, increasing productivity and optimizing what we do in our time has undoubtedly allowed us to advance in a large amount of work that we did not think we had, we covered various aspects that we had left in the past and we learned that time is valuable to improve performance. Timeneye provides a platform that not only measures our work time, but also provides an impeccable interface with an action plan, preventing us from wasting time on unimportant things, opening an intuitive space where we can review each space of our time and give it value, with really things that matter. By increasing productivity we obtained a significant ROI, it is important for us the foundations of our company, where the fundamental thing is each member that belongs to a work team, by intervening from the root in the performance that each one was contributing, better managing their time and encourage them to do better, labor productivity increased, we covered much more work and the service that we could offer was undoubtedly escalated to a much broader one, this undoubtedly pays off the effort and money that we have been able to invest in. supporting our work team.

    Positive: Time manager and productivity analytics, Timeneye offers simple but excellent tools for what we really need it for. It is very useful to have a tool to track the time that each employee gives to their work, in this way we ensure that we promote and encourage optimal and constant work, that the workflow is continuous and without interruptions and that each member of the work team can offer the best of their work skills in an estimated time to make the most of the advantages in time and availability and thus efficiently promote the projects in which we are working. The automatic recording of times opens a window for us to evaluate work performance and no matter what time they start or finish, the work will be recorded thanks to the automatic storage and that it is free from human error by not having to do it manually. On the other hand, it allows us to determine the extra hours they are working and reward their offered work, its metrics are very good and the evaluation method through its interface is undoubtedly innovative. It is a truly intuitive and easy-to-use platform, easy functions in my opinion require easy use, so being able to have a platform like Timineye that provides quite useful functionality with easy-to-use features gives me comfort and peace of mind in my work, thanks to that I can avoid manual work for something much more automated. Its control panel is quite efficient, colorful, and well managed, it helps with the workflow and creates a timeline to make the reports much more accurate. One of the points in favor is its accessibility, it is easy to access Timeneye from wherever I am and having it as a portable option certainly makes my work much easier. It is the supervision assistant I needed, it is active 24/7 keeping track of the productivity level of the employees, allowing me to look at the people who strive every day and who do the best they can in their work. In a simple way where they are happening fleetingly in work time, optimizing every second and offering effective and simple solutions to truly make our time count, this brings us much closer to training quality professionals and correctly managing our time to achieve our business goals.

    Negative: Personally, I think it needs some updates in small details that would change the user experience a bit. First, it would be ideal to be able to see the complete calendar and not the weekly one, this would allow us to organize future projects and manage time from the moment we want to do it. The interface of the mobile application is not very intuitive, it would be useful if it were much simpler to use since to be able to see the time management it is much faster and easier to use the application and evaluate the panel. When we use the mobile application together with the web, it can present failures and neither of them opens, being able to have synchronization in the system would make the job much more effective. Another small detail would be to be able to see the exact time of certain actions in the follow-up and not that it is the elapsed time. On the other hand, I think it would be useful to be able to have much more customization capacity when organizing tasks by color, being able to decide the color characteristic and the way I want to do it would give me much more comfort. Archiving projects in Timeneye could be a good option to be able to have the records in times and actions to serve us in subsequent projects.
