Summary: I am very pleased with the TimeClick time clock for my employees.
If you are looking for a new program for your employees to clock in on your computer. I would say check it out!!!
You wont have any regrets!!

Positive: I really like the TimeClick program.
It is very easy to navigate around and the customer service offers Great help when you need it!

Negative: At this point I do not have any negative on this program.
And don't think I will run into any as it is a very easy program to follow.

Summary: Honestly, we have had TimeClick since the beginning of time... (ha, see what I did there?!), and have loved it! There have been upgrades over the years that have always been "timely" and beneficial to us, the users. - They seem to have our needs in mind with the changes.

We mostly appreciate the great customer service! Seems we can call at almost any "time" & get a response - THAT IS HUGE! We also appreciate that the cost is reasonable. - increases don't happen every year & when they do, it's not prohibitive.

We have always had the choice to use our software management as our time-keeper, but have found TimeClick to be more comprehensive & actually easier to use - worth the cost. We also like the reports. - Super easy to print & give to payroll for processing of paychecks.

Positive: Everything! Seriously - we can make corrections to any employee who forgets to clock in/out - We LOVE the reports & different options for absences, as well as an area to make notes. Also great is the space to put all employee stats - a "one stop shop" for employee info.

Negative: Not able to change the size of the font on the reports - although that may have changed since I last checked.

Summary: Time Click is easy to use & requires little "learn time." We can use it for multiple office locations.

Positive: Support is excellent when I have any problems. The program is easy for employees to use. We use the program for multiple office locations & manage from the main office.

Negative: Entering detailed info on employee page is difficult because dates don't populate easily. Same for entering clock in/outs manually. Program does not integrate with our PTO policies. Would like for employees to be able to enter their own PTO without having to request from administrator.

Summary: In our lengthy association with TimeClick, we have enjoyed using this software, good customer service, and great features.

Positive: We have used TimeClick for years in our dental office I love the reports, ease of use and a new feature; remote access. They are great at updating features and really keep up with the times. Great support, too.

Negative: For reports, I wish I could set a default of how I want my reports, and not have to reset it each time.

Summary: I've been pleased with the development of the program over time and support has always been reliable.

Positive: Easy to use and understand. I've been a user since TimeClick was brand new on the market. I appreciate the reasonable pricing.

Negative: There really isn't anything negative that I can think of!

Summary: We have been working with TimeClick for many, many years. We have been offered other products, including through our patient management software, but refuse to change.

Positive: The product is very easy to use. It also has many helpful features for the administrator to keep track of staff/departments.

Negative: I do not have any issues with the product so I can't say there are any cons.

Summary: Very happy with the product. Does its job without headaches. I use less than the full extent of the software but it is more than adequate.

Positive: I have used this software for a long time. 10 - 15 years. Support is quick and personable. They have been there through migrating software and servers. If you rely on software for your payroll this is a great product. Easy for staff to use. Easy to administer. I have a free(included) on another software program but I would rather use Timeclick.

Negative: Yes I pay annual support. How else can you get a live person on the phone who can speak clearly with me?

Summary: Terrific.

Negative: Nothing i can think of for it is a very easy accurate service.

Summary: TimeClick is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this product to other businesses that are looking for an easy and smooth time clock for their office staff.

Positive: Love the ease of use. How fast it is to log in, clock in, clock out etc. Love how easy it is for Admin to change times and make edits. Time sheet is easy to read.

Negative: I really do not have any cons for this product.

Summary: All my employees use TimeClick to clock in every day and love it! They can generate time reports and send messages to the admin to request PTO time. Admins use this to generate payroll reports. No one has any complaints!

Positive: I love everything about this product! Clocking in and out, Running reports and keeping track of PTO hours is a breeze!

Negative: There used to be a few glitches with this product however with the new update those glitches have been corrected!

Summary: Overall, this is a great clocking software (with minor inconsistencies) for our employees. The add their time logs with just a few clicks and carry on with their tasks.

Positive: - Entering the timing data is not time consuming for employees. They can simply do it with a few simple clicks.
- Easy to generate reports based on employe work hours.
- The product is easy to set up and have all the users onboarded.

Negative: - There are several bugs within the product, but thankfully most of them are minor.
- the UI is outdated and badly needs an update. It is sometimes very complex to navigate.
