Positive: Platform is user friendly. The client message side is great and easy for the client to use especially when client replies via the app on their end.

Negative: Wished we could upload videos longer than 20 seconds. Even 30 seconds would be sufficient.

Negative: The reports and analytics are wonderful, but I wish they were a little more customizable.

Negative: Some of the calendar views could be improved but the monthly view is easy to work with.

Summary: Before using Time to Pet I relied on old school appointment books, paper files and xeroxed invoices.
I didn't think I would like the switch to a software program but I was dead wrong! This software keeps all my clients information well organized . It takes scheduling appointments to half the time as I'm no longer manually writing client names page after page. A click of the button and it's all there on my daily scheduling calendar. Employees can log in and see all the needed information vs meeting me to pick up the paper file and then return it. Not one of my clients has experienced a problem using the program either. I wish I had taken the leap long before I did!

Positive: This is a very user friendly software for both employees and clients. Information is at your fingertips and clients can easily update pet information as needed.

Negative: I honestly have found no cons. I'm not very tech oriented, but anytime I'm lost on how to use a new aspect of the software, there's a great section to search for answers and it includes a video to walk you through the steps. If I'm still at a loss, I can email Time to Pet and they get back to me very quickly. It's been wonderful!

Positive: All in one invoicing, scheduling, all in one place staff>client>Admin<staff communication. Having the communication section has allowed us to stop the email and texting madness. (We use Slack to communicate with our team internally). It has made staff happier with healthy boundaries and creating longer staff retention . The auto charge feature has completely solved the invoicing nightmare. I set all clients to auto charge first day of service and done. Amazing! simply the best

Negative: We use Slack for staff to admin communication, which is divine and TTP at this moment doesn't compare to that internal piece.

Summary: Each time I use it I find answers to different questions every day. It's really a great program. But when I do have a question that I can't find that answer, I can easily schedule an onboarding call and Team TTP can put my account on screen and show me how to answer my question or remedy a problem.

Positive: I can do pretty much everything in one spot. Don't like having to use a lot of apps to accomplish my goal. For instance, mileage, I charge mileage to my customers because of the vast space Alaska is.

Negative: Ability to have Add-on services for each service. I would like to be able to tie add-on services to a line items service. I.e., adding a mileage service to a service every time a service is selected by client, or myself. That it's underneath that service line on all invoices.

Summary: The company is all internet based. They do answer questions within the same day. However, there is no customer service phone number that I am aware of.
Their associates are professional and well educated on the software.

My tax lawyer used the site to get my company many loans over this Pandemic time. Lots of graphs and charting to compare years.

Negative: At 60 it has been a huge learning curve. But for the tech minded it has plenty of bells and whistles.

Summary: The main thing that makes Time To Pet stand out from their competition is that they are constantly taking suggestions from their users and implementing improvements. As long as they keep this up they will continue to be leagues ahead of the other options available!

Positive: Time To Pet comes the closest to automating every aspect of running a pet care company and yet still manages to offer so many ways to customize it to your specific services. Your customers can use the app to request services and your administrators and/or your care providers can approve those requests. Schedules and invoices are ridiculously easy to email out as needed. Communication with your customers and your team are a breeze. It even synchs with Quickbooks to simplify your bookkeeping. I don't know how anyone runs a pet care service without it!

Negative: The only hiccup I've run into so far is that Time To Pet is not able to differentiate between the different types of pets when setting up billing for extra pets. For example, we bill extra for walking any additional dogs more than two. If the customer also has a cat in their profile, the system will still charge the extra fee since it is not able to tell that the third pet is not a dog and thus does not need to be walked.

Summary: Love this software. It saves me so much time in invoicing and all my client files are easily available at a glance to my phone.

Positive: I love that clients can book services on their own and have invoices with additional programmed fees included automatically generated.

Negative: I wish the mobile app had features such as service booking and invoicing for the business owner!

Summary: Customer service is included and excellent. They are constantly thinking of ways to improve what is already an outstanding product. I would highly recommend this software.

Positive: I researched pet sitting software literally for years before selecting Time to Pet. They have been a godsend to our business. The software saves us lots of time and keeps track of all the small details. The extra money we have made on tips simply by using this software more than pays for the software.

Negative: I would like to see a more seamless way to track travel time between visits.

Summary: Love it! I can't imagine doing without it again. I trialed other pet sitting software and it paled by comparison.

Positive: Automates my administrative processes and scheduling. Can customize as I need. Support staff is extremely knowledgeable and almost always responds the same evening. My pet sitting and boarding clients love Time To Pet!

Negative: The price was hard to swallow at first as a solo operation, but once I realized how much more I would have to pay an assistant if I didn't have the software to do that work I became quite satisfied.
