Time Management - Horrible Technical Support Date: Feb 05 2020
Summary: We call and call and email and email TM customer support and we get nowhere. Hours on hold and talking with multiple support staff that act like they are hearing from us about the problem for the first time. My staff is frustrated beyond belief with TM. TM has cost my company to lose thousands of dollars in billable time because of TM’s lack of focus in fixing our software problem. Don’t use TM! As a side note, this is the first time I’ve ever posted a negative blog against any company.
Positive: Not sure. It seemed like a good program until we needed technical support.
Negative: I am a very dissatisfied Time Matters customer. If you have a choice between TM and a similar software company chose the latter. Customer support is terrible. My company has had a major problem with the TM software beginning prior to Thanksgiving 2019.
