That makes my phone explode due to the poor performance that this platform gives.

° The implementation and configuration was quite a process, since we were not used to this type of platform. So think hard and report before purchasing any plans with this platform because also the learning curve is steep and you will generally need trained personnel from human resources or any other department that knows about this platform to do a good job in monitoring employees. .

Time Doctor is considered by me, one of the best platforms to measure work time, I love this platform, it is quite complete and its functions are easy to use to have a complete visualization of the time that is being used for certain things. What I liked most about Time Doctor was:

Negative: One of the main problems that I noticed in Time Doctor is that there is no way to hide this application on the computer, it cannot be used in stealth mode so that employees do not realize that we are monitoring them. For us, making our employees feel comfortable is our main objective, and some of our employees feel uncomfortable knowing that we monitor them at all times. It would be great to be able to activate a stealth mode, so that they do not know that this App is running on their computers and thus monitor them without interrupting trust and comfort. This rest system is not efficient in all occasions, which affects me significantly, since I cannot stop the time taking and this affects the exact time study that I worked in a whole day, however, I consider that this feature is a factor that can be totally improved, and I totally believe that this platform will improve that aspect and allow you to have an experience when placing the system in sleep mode.
