Summary: We would definitely recommend this product for independent businesses who host events. Very easy to use and set up and the pricing is set to grow with you. I’ve had direct interaction with the company and they listen and provide solutions and help.

Positive: Site is very easy to use and set up. Allowing stripe and PayPal connectivity is great for our customers. We are an independent outdoor movie theater and we have found every bit of the flexibility and customization we need.

Negative: Very few cons to list but the two that come to mind is that the company is Europe based and the maintenance schedule clashed once in a while with our peak ticketing hours. (Often less than a 45 min window.) And the ticket check in app (Tazotix) is a little clunky but has been pretty easy to use once you get through the quirks.

Summary: I would highly recommend Ticket Tailor! I searched for an online tool that was free because my trainings were 100% free. It really was no cost to me! This is amazing for anyone doing community based work.

Positive: Ticket Tailor was easy to use and their support staff were proficient at answering questions. I used it for a single event that had multiple recurring dates. The ability to "broadcast" reminders to all participants was key to making sure that everyone remember the training and had the correct zoom link. I also really appreciated the ability to have a waitlist.

Negative: I have nothing negative to share! My overall experience was positive.

Summary: I love using Ticket Tailor and can't imagine using anything else for our event ticketing! The ease, support, pricing, and ultimately the flexibility is what makes me a loyal Ticket Tailor customer.

Positive: I love that I can start and stop my account based on when we have events happening. We hold 2-3 events per year and I appreciate not having to pay for a yearly service, but only do so when we need it. I also love the customization ability for our event pages and the ability to add our branding. The app also is simply and user friendly for taking tickets at the door at the event. Also, the chat feature is wonderful and always feel like there is support available to help with any issues/questions I have.

Negative: Since I only hold a few events a year, it takes me a little bit to get re-familiar with getting a new event set up. However the fact that my past events are all saved to look back on, makes them easy templates as I set up new events.

Summary: Great experience from quick setup to troubleshooting banking issues to closing out the event! We really enjoyed this experience.

Positive: Ease of use. Affordable pricing. Pricing options. Great customer service. Troubleshooting was very easy to resolve. The ability to actually talk with someone to resolve our problem. I felt like a valued customer.

Negative: I don't have more events at this time to try and use Ticket Tailor.

Summary: I have used nearly every online ticketing platform available and TicketTailor is among the best I have used. The company is extremely responsive and the online chat feature is outstanding. For the money, this is one of the best platforms out there. Definitely worth considering.

Positive: Very stable, full-featured and listens to their users needs. The check-in app works flawlessly and is easy to use. The newly added multi date and time feature is very easy to use and saves a lot of time for events with time slots. Works with in-person and online events, and even allows for donations.

Negative: Does not have a box office point of sale option, but very few do.

Summary: This is a great platform, especially for smaller businesses or event managers. The ease of use is extremely important to minimize the administrative time for promoting workshops and managing registrations. I also appreciate the lower cost of ticket processing since we pass this cost on to the ticket-buyer. Some other fees are ridiculously high.

Positive: I have tried several event management and ticketing platforms and disliked all of them until Ticket Tailor! For the event manager and the ticket buyer it is incredibly easy. There are no unnecessary steps to creating events or buying tickets. Tracking tickets and registrations is also intuitive and seamless.

Negative: I have not encountered any issues or challenges with Ticket Tailor. It has been a great resource for selling tickets to our workshops.

Summary: Really positive. I feel that they really care about me as a customer. The pricing is transparent and they offer a lot more than their competitors.

Positive: This is easy to use for myself and the customers and very modern and professional. The customer service is outstanding and it is fully featured.

Negative: I run quite nuanced events and it isn't always as flexible as I need it to be, but these get logged with the development team which I like.

Summary: As a non-profit organization, we have found Ticket Tailor to be an easy to use product and reasonably priced.

Positive: I have used Ticket Tailor for two events so far and am working on setting up my next event. Ticket Tailor is very intuitive, easy to use, and in a very short amount of time I was able to establish my main account. Now all of my future events will be setup in just minutes! The confirmation was easy to customize as well. On the end user side, the registration process was flawless and easy to use. After each event it has been super easy to get reports as well as the analytics to help us improve our marketing for future events (symphony concerts).

Negative: At this point in time, I cannot think of anything I didn’t like about Ticket Tailor. I guess the only thing I would put on my wish list is that Ticket Tailor add a feature /way to help promote public events similar to Eventbrite.

Summary: We use this for all types of school events from large scale community events to small online events. Works really well for us and our customers find it easy to use.

Positive: Good value.

Easy to duplicate events.
Great customer service.
Check in app works very well.

Negative: Old app used to freeze but updated one works much better.

Summary: I am very happy and look forward to creating several events using Ticket Tailor and hope to learn of even more options as I navigate it. I am really very satisfied with my experience thus far.

Positive: Ticket Tailor is so easy to navigate and understand. I came from another ticketing program and the platform was lengthy and confusing. With Ticket Tailor I was finished creating my event and ticket information in under an hour and have been able to modify it anytime, and as many times as I've needed. I love the option to add questions to the registration, both required and otherwise. This allows me to get to know my clients before the join our retreats and I get to create a customized event for them. Not to forget that the price is right!

Negative: As of yet I cannot share a dislike with Ticket Tailor.

Summary: Fantastic product at a great price. Customer service has been excellent and they are always working on ways to make the platform better. I highly recommend it.

Positive: I have been using Ticket Tailor for 3 years and it has been a great tool for our school. We use it to sell tickets to events such as plays and our dinner theater gala but we've also used it for our fundraising efforts such as Christmas Wreath and Poinsettia Sales and now our Mother's Day Herb Garden Sale. It's so easy to set up an event and customer service is very helpful.

Negative: The only thing I would improve is by adding a better DONATE NOW option for tickets.

Summary: Super happy with the product, and will continue to use. I was thinking of creating a registration page of my on on my website, but this is such a great tool that it is now my go to for selling tickets to my educational trainings.

Positive: Love everything about Ticket Tailor. The sign up was a breeze, I messaged customer support and they answered right away. Posted my first training event, and was selling tickets immediately.

Love the ease of use, and all the extras. The event page, tickets sold, waiting list, and especially the broadcast. I sent a broadcast to my waiting list, and 5 min later 2 people signed up. Their fees are one of the lowest.

Negative: I really have not been able to find a con on this product yet.

Summary: Fantastic. Easy to use. I like their payout system and the setup structure. They have been helpful in the chat when necessary.

Positive: I left Eventbrite because they hold your money (all your money!) until 5 days after your event. As a small non-profit this was really hurting us. I love the payout structure. Ticket Tailor has all my business as long as they continue to be for the little guys. Thank you!

Negative: No problems so far. We have really enjoyed the switch.

Summary: The best, easy software to use for creating registration and organizing events. I would Highly recommend it!

Positive: Easy to create templates of events, getting data about registrants, communicate with registrants.

Negative: Showing recurring events is a bit funky, and the ticket system can be confusing to folks who are not familiar/their first use, but overall I didn't have many problems!

Summary: I love the simple way Ticket Tailor makes setting up events. I run a monthly show and I just duplicate the event and change some of the details and it's done. No muss, no fuss. Never have to worry about getting the money (it's sent automatically), if the site is down, if people can navigate buying a ticket or anything. I switched from Eventbrite because it just decided to not work right when I needed it and I never have that issue with TT.

Positive: Easy setup for events.
Money is automatically transferred.
Event page looks nice and clean.
Customer Support is super fast and knowledgable.
Website is super easy to navigate.

Negative: The auto response was a little confusing to set up at first, but it was an issue on my end (pebkac).
