Summary: Our company uses ThunderTix for guests to register for our fashion shows. It makes preselecting seats easy for the guests.
Positive: ThunderTix is easy to use and navigate on the company backside and also for the customer front side.
Customer Service follows up in a timely manner.Negative: When guests check out, they don't always see the "confirm order" button to process the sale, because its further down the page.

Great Ticketing solution Date: Feb 12 2024
Summary: It's a great option for those looking to sell tickets to their events without spending a ton of money.
Positive: Love how it seamlessly incorporates into our website, and being able to sell both online and in person tickets for our events.
Negative: There is a bit of a learning curve to the software, but once you have your business set up, it is pretty straight forward.

Summary: They listen to their customers well and deliver an excellent product. They save us thousands and thousands a year.
Positive: ThunderTix has the most competitive price point in the ticketing software space. They have so many incredible features and fantastic customer service.
Negative: Sometimes their features can be a little behind their competitors.

Summary: Incredible. I had explored a few different sites and this one was the easiest to set up, with consistent, kind and useful instructions from the support team with any questions or needs I had. I would strongly recommend to anyone new to ticketing platforms, or to those who want a support team that follows through and cares about your outcomes. I will be continuing to use Thundertix for my client.
Positive: The ease of the platform to set up events, have multiple types of tickets, create a donation campaign, collect various reports. Most of all, I found their customer service to be one of the best I have ever encountered. They are kind, knowledgeable, patient, clearly communicate and helped me every step of the way in a stressful time to get the ticketing functions up and running for a client of mine. I adore their skill and incredible support!
Negative: While the report options are comprehensive, it is a bit confusing to know what reports will produce what data, and so while I am new to the site, I still have to hunt to figure out which ones I need and how to best display the needed information for tickets, and donations and overall tracking campaigns. But i'm learning!

Summary: As Director of Tour Operations at my tour guide company, we operate 11 different tours from different locations and Thunder Tix allows us to easily check people in. Also, this is a historical walking tour company—a lot of the guides are technologically challenged (we prefer to deal with the 1800s!) and the system is so clear to operate that even my more non-tech-savvy guides can do it on their phones. Thank you!
Positive: Accessibility, ease of use, good for people not great with technology, accurate. Simple-to-follow instructions for set up and login.
Negative: You have to open a new window to access the guest list (on an iPhone). I wish we could just click on the little person and it would display it.

Fantastic Customer Support and Ease of Use Date: Dec 18 2023
Summary: Very beneficial for my team and I to use for box office sales and event management for our theatre at our clubhouse.
Positive: The customer support and software are amazing. They respond to support requests extremely fast and are quite helpful. The software is super easy to use and I taught my whole team how to use it within a couple of hours.
Negative: Their public display website for putting ticket sales to the public is a bit sparse and not attractive.

Summary: I started off searching the internet for a software that fit our specific needs and from the moment I was in contact with them they were very helpful in getting their software to work for what we were looking to accomplish and throughout the process were great at answering any questions I had. I definitely recommend this software!
Positive: Great user interface and customer service. Any questions I have they are always quick to get me an answer.
Negative: I've been using the product for a year and haven't come across any Con's for this software.

Summary: We will definitely continue to sell our show tickets through ThunderTix. We appreciate the quick and thorough responses from tech support.
Positive: I could talk to someone on the phone initially to get our questions answered, and then get quick responses via email to further issues.
Negative: We weren't able to just list table numbers on the tickets and had to give seat numbers at each table, but that didn't present any real problems at the event.

Summary: Overall it's been a terrific product to use. I would definitely recommend it. It was priced better than it's competitors, and the service was very personal.
Positive: I liked that the staff reached out right from the start to assist me with understanding of the product. They were very knowledgeable.
Negative: So far there hasn't been anything that I don't like with the product.
