    Summary: WORTHLESS service - cannot download ANYTHING I uploaded nor can I even preview them. Customer Service stinks and is in reality does not even exist , as the only emails you will ever get from them is their sales pitch to buy more storage.

    Why would you want more of a service that provides NOTHING!!!

    If you love giving your money to a scam then buy it otherwise be forewarned that this "service" is a total pile of crap.

    Positive: Initially I was happy with the 4 tb for a great price but - NOW I CANNOT ACCESS ANYTHING I had uploaded

    Negative: Customer Service will not even help or even reply I have reached out numerous times and even replied to their attempts to "offer more storage" at discounted prices, but no one will answer or explain why my files cannot be accessed in any manner.

    All I can see is the tile showing the folder or file icon and multiple attempts to download my files over the past couple of years has been futile.

    I was able to add two files while I was trying to see what the issues were as I thought maybe newer files would work like it should, but even these were not able to be downloaded or viewed.

    Positive: None. There are no positive attributes for this company. Please everyone stay away and don't have your money stolen.

    Negative: They are stealing people's money but offering accounts that do not work. I purchased a lifetime plan and it does not work. Their support has not answered after many emails. If I could rate this company/service zero I would. There needs to be legal action against this enterprise.

    Summary: Bad, bad, bad. No access to stored files, no function, no response from the so called support. Maybe they just took the money and ran.

    Positive: As long as the function was given i liked the easy handling per website, i liked the pricing, but it was too cheap to be true.

    Negative: Bought a lifetime subscription in 2020. Since several months my stored files are not accessible. Not at all. They seem to be there but they are not downloadable or viewable. Nothing.
    Upload is very slow. There is no versioning. There is no app for sync or something similar, just the website.
    There is no support, just a bot. There is no owners record, no responsible person, no phone number.
