    Needs a lot of work

    Summary: It's been an extremely frustrating experience. The software has the potential to be really good but it probably should've been tested more prior to being released.

    Positive: The company is responsive to issues and requests. Has the potential to be good when it is finally complete but that may be a while. Most of the staff is very nice and helpful. The product is improving.

    Negative: There are a lot of problems within the software right now. Many glitches and random issues as they are always updating because it is new so when an update goes through sometimes other things get messed up. Our whole software has gone offline completely twice and we couldn't access anything, see our schedule, etc. They have one particular staff member who can be rude and condescending. It's very slow and some tasks take many steps to complete. Attachments require you to redownload items that are already in the software. Real time eligibility wasn't explained that not all insurance companies work with it so the major companies in our area can't be verified.

    Summary: Overall I would not recommend them!
    There were so many red flag, the lady the sold us even said to us the first week in "I hope you will have some positives soon

    Positive: This could be okay for a small office with only 1 location and the owner only working but even then there are so many cons

    Negative: This is horrible for a multi office multi dentist office.
    The account ledger and x ray are the only thing that follows with the patient
    The x ray quality is not good
    They say they will do any enhancements but that barely happens
    There contract has hidden fees
    None of your documents will come over into their software
    They will charge you a crazy amount of money to get a copy of YOUR PATIENT FILES in order to switch from them

    Summary: The description of the program is misrepresented not impressed. It would be better if worked exactly as Practice Web.

    Positive: Patient records are saved on cloud. Can be accessed from any place and time.
    And would be better if it worked exactly like Practice Web.

    Negative: Not very productive or user friendly. Takes to many steps to complete one simple task that would take less amount of time on Practice Web.
