    Trying to be too much to too many with very poor support

    Summary: We have been with TetherX and its previous incarnations for over six years, have over 100 systems, and feel very let down by the current management and product.

    Positive: Base product has some great features but has got too complicated and is definitely not a good security product.

    Negative: Too complicated for a security product with very very poor support.
