    Tai TMS review

    Date: Nov 16 2023

Summary: As poor as you can imagine once contract signed TAI failed miserably to on board my company. TAI had no sense of urgency once the contract was signed to enter my company’s data to see if the applications were as good as TAI claimed.

Positive: Cannot give you any pros as the onboarding process failed therefore I never managed to actually used the system.

Negative: TAI failed miserably in defining a time table to enter data so my organization could see if what TAI claimed their product could do for my company. After a month of trying to get in touch with lead on the project my company was told “I am no longer in sales”. There were no communications about the sales person leading and the on boarding process was a total failure.
