Summary: We are monitoring several devices with SysUpTime, including Windows and routers. It's very helpful tool and I recommend it.
Positive: We are using SysUpTime to monitor Windows servers and routers. It can be automated to restart the servers when they fail. It's easy to set up monitors to check CPU, memory utilization of servers and routers.
Negative: There are no major issues so far. A web client would be helpful in some situation.
