Synder excels at reclassification for KPIs Date: Nov 04 2022
Summary: Synder has been essential for integrating the complicated sales that my store has with 4 different locations and several income streams.
Positive: George has done a phenomenal job helping me set up complicated naming rules and reclassifying sales from our chocolate company, so we can have accurate and up to date reports on our profit per product. Thank you and Bravo!
Negative: Pricing increased after the pandemic forced restructuring of their subscription fees and services. I wish their amazing support was still available for free at lower subscription levels.

Reliable and Trustworthy Date: Oct 12 2022
Summary: Quality software that exceeds expectations of Quickbooks Online integrations. Great customer service.
Positive: Highly customizable and easy to use with multiple payment import channels. Easy to "set it and forget it" because it's so reliable, unlike other QB-connected apps that we've used.
Negative: A bit difficult to get the hang of the initial setup, but George was incredibly helpful in making sure everything was done correctly and very thorough in answering all of my questions.

Summary: Anything I can forget about and let it do its job is a bonus for me. Happy to recommend especially the starter plan as its super cheap for the time it saves me.
Positive: Once stripe was integrated to Quickbooks, no more input was needed from me.
Negative: Haven't had an issue with the Stripe->Quickbooks integration so far - 1 year of use.

Help with PayPal and Synder using QBO Date: Sep 06 2022
Summary: A very pleasant experience despite my frustrations. Vita was calm and patience trying to understand my issues. Thank you Vita.
Positive: I needed help understanding why my payout transactions were not syncing properly with QBO in the bank account. Vita was very patience and was able to identify my problem.
Negative: This information provided by Vita would be helpful to add to your videos. After 6 months transactions do not sync automatically with QBO and have to be done manually. Not a hard process but it sure would help to know this in advance. Thank you Vita for helping me understand what the issues were

Summary: Good support from Audrey and now know how to proceed with my historical syncs. Historical syncs should be less expensive than they are and should be available to purchase for more than a month.
Positive: Audrey was extremely helpful, I really was unsure what I was doing. Audrey was patient and explained (in text(n) what was needed in order for my query to be resolved.
Negative: There is nothing specific to be said about the support call.

On a separate point however, when buying additional syncs for the first time, it is unclear whether the purchase has worked, an interim step to confirm would be useful.
