Summary: We had a situation where we could not run wires and needed a wireless solution. The cost savings of not having to run cables paid for the system itself.
It has worked so well we have expanded it into other areas.
It has been a great investment.Positive: Easy to install. Inexpensive for its power and capability.
no wires. Simple to connect to your network.
great support and customer service.
reports are easy to understand and it has the capability to work with smartphones, laptops and desktops.Negative: There is not much not to like.

Summary: A great program! So much data available that we don't even need half of it. A great way to connect door traffic with our POS sales.
Positive: Just SOO much data! We love the app for real-time traffic updates too!
My favorite part is having saved reports that auto send to me.Negative: I wish there were videos for training. Sometimes reading articles is hard to grasp and setting up a meeting is great but videos would be easier to access.

Summary: We looked for a while for a traffic counter solution we could integrate with our proprietary software, and SMS allows us to do that easily. We have installed them in all of our stores, and use the data to track and update our store layouts and enhance our marketing efforts.
Positive: Ease of integration into our reporting systems.
Granular, detailed data collection.
Set it up and forget it.
Wifi - no running cables.Negative: Initial hardware installation is sometimes finicky.

Summary: Overall, I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend this to anyone. This is something that is necessary in today's world.
Positive: It keeps great statistics to use for analytics and knowing how many people are in your store and how you can plan for staffing.
Negative: We have had some issues with connectivity but it finally got resolved. sometimes loses count but does get resolved fairly easy.
