Summary: Overall, I am very happy with this product and would highly recommend this to anyone. This is something that is necessary in today's world.

Positive: It keeps great statistics to use for analytics and knowing how many people are in your store and how you can plan for staffing.

Negative: We have had some issues with connectivity but it finally got resolved. sometimes loses count but does get resolved fairly easy.

Summary: Great for the price! Having an incredible customer service team has helped us a lot and has made even the more difficult experiences manageable and a breeze. Would recommend.

Negative: The initial TMAS x Lightspeed integration was more difficult than anticipated.
Assigning users and passwords could be easier/more simpler to set up and manage.

Summary: I would definitely recommend SMS Storetraffic to other businesses. It's platform and portal is easy to use and provides all required reporting and more.

Positive: Amazing customer service and training. SMS allows us to efficiently track and manage our traffic and staffing.

Negative: I really do not have any cons that I have encountered.

Mike is incredibly efficient and very knowledgeable and patient.

Positive: This product is super easy to use. It is really intuitive, and it is reliable and accurate.
The customer service is also quick and excellent.

Negative: The only con that I would have is that it cannot integrate to the main page of Heartland, but that is on Heartland, not SMS.

Summary: Amazing person and very knowledgeable of his skillset.

Summary: Overall, I'm very satisfied with SMS Storetraffic. It's been a reliable and insightful tool for monitoring store traffic, and it's helped us optimize our operations significantly.

Positive: Easy to use, clear data visualization, accurate people counting, good customer support, good integration with our other systems.

Negative: Lacks a remote device management feature, but otherwise no cons.

Summary: Overall the system works great for us. We can easily report to leadership monthly and pull counts for holiday weekends or events.

Positive: SMS door counters make our monthly reporting process so much easier. One of our metrics is the amount of walk-ins to our visitor center and this software help this process to be easier.

Negative: System has gone offline and we didn't realize so lost data on those dates. We have improved our internet so hoping this will no longer be an issue.

Summary: A slow start but now realizing huge benefits! It took getting through the first orientation session to realize the true power of this product, but now we are seeing a lot of potential.

Positive: Easy Installation, phone app and web admin, wide range of customizable reports, great training, quality build

Negative: Would love to see more details about the capabilities on the website prior to purchase.

This has been instrumental in streamlining our shift scheduling and break planning. Additionally, the sales and support team took the time to understand our specific business needs, recommending the 3D SCOPE II LC AI-Powered People Counter, which turned out to be an ideal fit. The product arrived promptly, and with the help of the onboarding team, we were quickly able to get it online and start tracking our traffic patterns effectively.

Summary: We ordered this device for our retail store and it works great. Not only was it easy to set up, but we were contacted by a customer success representative who gave a tutorial on the website and all of the reporting that’s available. Then they followed up for a second call to make sure everything was working, to see if we had questions, and to show us more in-depth reports. The counter does more that we had anticipated and will be a great tool for schedule shifts and break times. Don’t skip the tutorials or you will miss out on all the potential this has. Thank you, Sayantani, for being such a great resource, your service was excellent!

Positive: The device was easy to set up, it comes with very clear directions, and the customer service for onboarding was exceptional. We worked with Sayantani and she was very helpful with showing us how to set up reports. With the reporting not only do we have a daily count, but we see averages by the day and even by the hour which is helpful for scheduling shifts and break times.

Negative: The device does everything we needed and more with all the reporting, We really don't have a con.

Positive: SMS Storetraffic has excellent product support! It is great to be able to schedule a meeting to discuss the product in more detail.

Negative: Due to the location of our Pearl sensor, we were experiencing damage to the device by visitors.

Summary: Overall the traffic counter has provided real time insight into my business traffic that has helped me make more informed decisions.

Positive: The physical installation was very simple and the WiFi connection was an easy setup as well. My router is far away from the front door so had some connectivity issues initially but the SMS customer service team was responsive in solving the issue by recommending a WiFi extender which solved the problem. I have had the traffic counter in place at my laundromat for almost a year and it's worked flawlessly. I am able to see update traffic counts every 15 min into the store. This data has helped me know which days to be open longer to better serve customers.

Negative: I pay for the online subscription to have access to more than 4 weeks of historical data. The online reporting tools aren't as user friendly as I would like but nothing that an export to Excel can't fix.

Summary: The hardware, web interface and customer support have all been exceptional. The onboarding sessions with Sayantani have been invaluable in getting efficient use of the traffic data.

Positive: The Pearl deploys easily, installs easily and offers valuable insights to foot traffic trends. The API also means we can easily integrate the data to our internal reporting platforms.

Negative: Reliance on app for initial setup. Otherwise, no complaints.

Summary: Everything has been great thus far. We've been up and running at our location for 6+ months with no interruption to services with the device. Once you're online and running you are good to go!

Positive: Very easy to setup and get online. Great people and support to work with. We worked with the sales and support team so they could better understand our business need. From there, they recommended The 3D SCOPE II LC AI-Powered People Counter and it fit perfectly with what we were trying to do. We quickly received the product and their onboarding team helped us set up the device quickly to begin monitoring our traffic flows.

Negative: Right now I don't have much to complain about it. This device has been meeting our business needs.

Summary: I really like this product and the customer support that SMS Storetraffic gives to us. They devices are simple, and the reports are super.

Positive: I like the software automatically sending me reports on the counts as well as telling me when there's an outage of some kind. The reports are gold.

Negative: It take a bit of muscle to get the individual units out and back in their holders when changing batteries. It's difficult, but the trade off is they're secure.
