Summary: I have been on this platform for about 1 year now and I have a relationship with it. Negative: Well... Steemit is a very great community with a lot of gains. Although, I think the new comers don't get enough attention. Some new comers wait for weeks before their posts are being verified. I think the idea of raising more curators would be helpful to the new comers.

Summary: It's been 1 year since I joined this platform and I have loved it so far. I have never been appreciated for my work on any other platform, be it a centralized or a decentralized platform.

If I must write something then I would say, most newcomers find the site a bit non-user-friendly considering how optimized the other social media are. Personally, I have been using it for so long that it doesn't bother me. The Pros overshadow this slightly negative point. However, if we get more developers then Steemit could be improved a lot and attract a lot of new users.
