Summary: But the worst is the customer support they have, we cancel the service like 3 month ago and still charging the monthly fee!!! And nobody give us a solution.

Positive: No one, just the price but if I knew about all the wrong issues before we won't get it.

Summary: The system is great for managing properties. I am still learning how to use it, but I definitely recommend it.

Positive: What I like about the system is the possibility to manage the calendars on many channels. Another thing that made our lives easier was the financial management of the owners. I'm not using the company's financial management yet, but it will be our next step, along with accounting. The support team is Brazilian, and that helps a lot too.

Negative: I think Stays could have an app, mainly for consultations (including the approval and sending of special offers). I saw that this topic is already on Stays worldmap to be developed.
