Positive: My short term rental was de-listed on Airbnb last October. It was re-listed afterwards but I knew I couldn’t be solely dependent on OTRa. I build a website and contacted my previous guests through my StayFi mailing list letting them know of the direct booking modality. I have over 100 email contacts on my StayFi mailing list.

Summary: Great product to continue marketing my property that I manage to past guest! I love the email marketing and text marketing. There are great templates to use from on the platform.

Positive: Easy to use for email marketing and text marketing, the templates they offer are very useful so I don't have to start from scratch.

Negative: Setting up the flow of a 300 day funnel will take a longer than it is. I want to separate the funnel by property, but it's taking longer than it is.

Summary: I've had a positive experience overall with StayFi and would recommend it to anyone looking to increase bookings by marketing to past guests.

Positive: Plug and play capability is great. The user interface is intuitive and provides plenty of explanation for anyone that needs a little assistance. We've collect contact info from over 1,000 guests in the past 2 years, which has allowed me to scale my direct bookings and bring back happy guests to stay at our properties.

Negative: I have run into an issue that required technical support due to the way the existing network was configured, but StayFi's support team helped me resolve it quickly.

Summary: Excellent, couldn't do without it. Can't wait to see how they can add to the company to further improve efficiency and ROI.

Positive: Easy to set up and use, great customer service, seeing ROI already! Also hear from my guests that this was a reason they went for my upselling and tried new services.

Negative: Would like more of a one stop shop, more offerings to make the product even better

Summary: I have been using StayFi for over a year now at 9 STR's. I've seen a nice bump in direct bookings across my portfolio since using StayFi and also took them up on a 1:1 session on how to setup email marketing which was a great experience and easy to do (they have great customer service). I didn't think it made sense to start email marketing until I had hundreds of emails but that's not the case. You can start the funnel with 1 email to start marketing and fill the top of the funnel as your grow your list. No guest push back on data entry to this point; although I have not yet tried the phone number collection for text marketing.

Positive: Excellent Customer Service! This team is open to teach you the best way to use their products (email marketing as an example)

Negative: The inability to make a direct link between StayFi and quantity of Direct Bookings

Summary: Really it’s been totally positive. Very good connectivity, and great email/text capturing. Would recommend to anyone.

Positive: Works as advertised. I’ve found the WiFi access to be completely reliable, and the customer email collection relatively painless.

Negative: On very rare occasions I’ve seen guest balk at signing in with their email address. But that small minority doesn’t seem to understand that they can opt out of marketing.

Summary: Overall i have been very happy with StayFi. Even though right now i only collect emails and haven't started marketing i am happy with the product.

Positive: The hardware setup and online set up could not be easier. It was a breeze and i felt really comfortable doing it.

Negative: I always like to save money, so i do wish i spent less a month. That being said if you are good at your email marketing this is pennies compared to the bookings you'd bring in.

Positive: The ease of use and client support is phenomenal. The owners and employees of the company love to show and demonstrate how to most effectively use the service. Obtaining repeat bookings has never been easier than using StayFi!
