    Summary: We have been using the service for over six years now, and I would describe my experience as very positive. Good support, easy setup, monitoring, and listening to calls on the portal, managing the phone numbers. Very easy and productive.

    Positive: They offer quality service with an account manager who will help you with anything you need, even if you are not that tech-savvy. They provide a portal for monitoring calls and setting up phones, which is very useful. We are long-time users and very happy with the service.

    Competitors? They Don’t Even Come Close
    Before Squaretalk, I tried platforms like Commpeak and Coperato.
    And to be blunt — they’re not even in the same orbit.
    Commpeak felt clunky and lacked the smooth workflow I rely on. Support from Commpeak was non existent.
    Coperato had features, sure, but none of the refinement, intuitiveness, or reliability that Squaretalk delivers daily. And Coperato steals our data.
    Both platforms function, but compared to Squaretalk, they feel like older-generation tools.
    Squaretalk is simply miles ahead — in usability, performance, flexibility, and most importantly, support.

    Negative: Happens very rare which i guess is normal there might be global issues with DIDs but usually will get fixed swiftly and promptly since the team is awesome at SQ.

    Summary: We have been using Squaretalk for quite some time now and it's time to show our appreciations to their amazing support and great service that has been provided. We have seen several companies who provide the same services as Squaretalk but the difference you will find here is that Squaretalk in it's platform provides transparency, and all configurations from IT part are very easy to catch on and understand. Speaking from our experience with Squaretalk the biggest asset that Squaretalk has is the team which from what is seen they are working everyday to provide better service and here i want to mention the best CSM i have ever had the pleasure working with, Dary which has helped us every step of the way to onboard and have our systems active and working, we give our many thanks to her for all the support provided.

    Positive: What we like from Squaretalk is the quality of the calls, the transparency in system and that we have been using Squaretalk for quite some time now and we have not had any issues regarding calls, systems etc.
    One other big plus with Squaretalk are the many features they provide and that they are adding everyday but the most important thing that in our opinion makes the difference is the support team and customer success manager who are always there to support.

    Negative: As i have mentioned earlier till now we have not had any issues when it comes to Squaretalk from either calls nor system everything has worked as it should.

    Summary: From support team I am always getting responses in time, and also from you dear. you are the best!

    Positive: Service Comfortable, also to manage it. It's very easy. even to Replace DID. Purchase new DIDs. also Setup and monitor Calls and System also,
    I could say its quite comfortable as for back office side and also for agent side. Only thing is that we would like to improve is to somehow integrate Spam checker for German DID's.

    Negative: A good thing to have option to purchase German Mobile DID or
    Even to Setup Tire3 German numbers. I mean To make Call from German country Number to clients - Instead of Austrian, as you proposed previously.
