    Summary: I could hardly understand anyone I spoke to. Heavy accents. Every time I spoke to someone it seemed to get pushed to another person.

    Positive: I was set up with SponsorCloud and the on boarding went well. However, I found I wasn't using the platform as I'd hope and after 2 years of not using the way I intended, chose to cancel. However, they continued to charge me! My emails generated auto responses and it was very difficult to reach them by phone. SponsorCloud is very good on the sales side but not good with customer service or billing. Unfortunately, I'm very dissatisfied with my experience. They could have handled my situation much better.

    Negative: Completely inflexible with billing. I felt SponsorCloud was deceptive in their billing process as I had initially signed up with SyndicationPro, a subsidiary, but started receiving notices from SponsorPro, which went into Spam. I was renewed twice for approx. $3000 without using the service. One the day I got notice of another renewal, I notified them I wanted to cancel but was charged nonetheless. Feels like another subscription scam.
