Summary: By far the worst, I would not recommend the service, please look and interview plenty of companies before you decide to go with a provider.
Positive: Nothing, I don't have anything to say good about this product nor company, I would not recommend the service at all.
Negative: Poor very poor, by far the worse company to work with, I would not recommend this company unless you like Walmart and McDonald customer service.

The owner of the company Fred shows very poor leadership skills and customer services, my company was billed incorrectly several times when I called to question the matter, I was told that no errors were found and after review they found errors where I was over billed. I called in regarding the billing matters several times. Another rep was equally as rude and unprofessional as Fred. Both had to call me back after review of my billing and tell me they were incorrect, and they indeed did find an issue. While discussing my issue both parties cut me off did not listen and continued to talk over me. Fred the owner even told me he was no longer going to allow me to have service and hung up on me. After researching the issue he called back and said he wanted to earn my service back and apology for the way the way he was on the phone with me, I listened to him and began to discuss my issue again and he then cut me off again and told me he wishes me the best of luck you can't make everyone happy has if me being displeased wasn't due to the disrespect, and rudeness along with several billing errors that was found. He told me how much of a credit I would be getting back and that he did also see where I called in. Fred told me that I emailed the company to stop a particular feature and I've never emailed the company, he kept telling me I did.
