No Way to keep unauthorized for former employees reinstalling and taking up licensing Date: Nov 19 2021
Summary: Great except for the problem above. This is a major flaw. Even with MS office 365 you can de-license a user.
Positive: It works and is not a huge overhead and to date we have not suffered from ransomware. It is easy to install and mostly tamper proof.
Negative: One a former employee or unauthorized user installs the software and refuses to uninstall it you have no method to permanently keep them from reinstalling and taking up a license. Decommissioning and sending uninstall commands are worthless because they are allowed to continue to reinstall. There needs to be a method to block specific clients from getting updates and virus signatures.
