Summary: Smartsheet has been great and my experience has been very good. The software makes collaboration seamless thus enhancing productivity.

Positive: When it comes to collaboration Smartsheet, has been very effective. It is easy to use and very effective when it comes to workplace collaboration.
The tool is affordable and easy to customize.

Negative: No issues with Smartsheet whatsoever. It makes collaboration at our workplace seamless.

Summary: As an advantageous point, and what seems to us much more positive than any other system for creating tables, is that in Smartsheet we have our own boxes for marking information, and that it adapts much better on cell phones in terms of visualization and handling. In addition, it can be used entirely from the web

Positive: With Smartsheet we can create and customize our own databases, but we can also enhance them by working with master databases in which we will create different types of tables. With Smartsheet's table system we can manage vital information for almost any topic, and share lists on a group level without wasting time. Smartsheet is excellent for sorting columns of text.

Negative: Smartsheet severely limits the number of entries you can work on unlike services with greater longevity such as Microsoft Excel, which offers a completely unlimited number of columns and boxes. The limit granted by Smartsheet is 1200 boxes per column (from the free version) which leaves it far below Excel.

Summary: My overall experience with Smartsheet is awesome since I am able to save time and finances while managing tasks and projects.

Positive: With Smartsheet, it is easy to plan, track and manage projects and tasks in real-time.
I like that it has both SaaS and on-premises programs.

Negative: At the moment, I do not have anything that I dislike about Smartsheet, were it not for the lack of offline mode capability.

Summary: Smartsheet has become the central hub for how our organization gets work done providing office productivity solutions and file sharing

Positive: The simple style of Smartsheet interface makes it easy for any user to learn, making it also unique because if it's professional tools

Negative: Smartsheet monthly plans are expensive but the big advantage is that it offers a free one month trial

Summary: Overall, task and project management journey has been seamlessly easy since Smartsheet handles the obligations perfectly.

Positive: Firstly, I like that Smartsheet allows me to manage resources, tasks and projects in one workspace.

Negative: Even though I am always connected to the company Wi-Fi and mobile data, i don't like that it lacks offline mode.

Summary: Smartsheet has a mobile app with amazing functionality allowing users to access Smartsheet and share files from any location.

Positive: Smartsheet has very robust set of features that many organizations can rely on to manage their projects and for successful completion of their projects.

Negative: There is limited view of a teams schedule on the Smartsheet calendar.

Summary: Managing of projects and completing them within the deadlines using Smartsheet which also keeps us organized.

Positive: Smartsheet interface is so simple to use, therefore time required to learn is how to use is very minimal.

Negative: Copying of information from one sheet to another new sheet could be made easier.

Summary: It has enabled me to automate business processes like workflow and resource management.

Smartsheet has reduced errors while tracking time and cost on projects.

Positive: It has resource management features which is not common to other PPM platforms.
I like that Smartsheet makes it easy to plan, track and manage projects.

Negative: It do not encompass offline access mode for managing tasks while not connected to the internet.

Summary: For some, this could be a good tool. For most people looking for a project management tool, this doesn't hit the mark. This should be considered an advanced spreadsheet tool, not a PM tool.

Positive: There's a lot of potential if you're a spreadsheet nerd. With some features baked in, like red flags for overdue tasks, Smartsheet can be a good project management tool for some. There is very little that Excel can do that Smartsheet can't, but plenty that Smartsheet can do that Excel can't.

Negative: A critical feature for any project management tool is the ability to create sub-tasks within a task. This can be done, but just doesn't really work the same way other PM tools does. It's highly manual, and adjusting formatting can be a huge pain. For as powerful as it is, you really have to dedicate a lot of time to figure out how to use even the basic features.

Summary: Overall, although Smartsheet helps me to automate tasks and projects, I would recommend other PPM platforms with offline access capabilities.

Positive: Ease of implementing Smartsheet was the first thing to like.
It is allowing me to seamlessly plan, track and manage projects.

Negative: Unavailability of offline mode is the worst thing ever that I am experiencing.
