Summary: It is the least expensive for our business and it has greatly increased customer satisfaction by keeping in-touch at all times and being accessible. Slaask has done a lot for our company's image.
Positive: Customers enjoy immediate access to our staff if they have an issue with a service or product or any other question. Staff manage multiple chat conversations at once saving time required to handle several customers.
Negative: We always train our support staff to use the right tone in order to make customers feel they are receiving personalized attention.

Summary: It does not require too much training since it is very easy to use and one can easily get in touch with it fast.
Positive: It is a very great platform when it comes to communication since every employee can join a conversation in a secure way.
Also it is very easy to set up based on topics and schedules.Negative: The only dislike i have towards it, is that it does not have the search button which sometimes becomes hectic when in need of searching something, therefore it should improve on that.
