Summary: Our experience with SkyPrep has been top notch in all aspects: scheduling a demo was super easy, the subscription and onboarding process went quickly and smoothly, and the post-sale support we’ve received has been excellent. SkyPrep has really helped us step up our game! We can now support our clients, both internal and external, with a more robust platform and much better reporting. I would absolutely recommend SkyPrep without hesitation to any of my colleagues in the L&D sector.

Real-Time Customer Support: SkyPrep's customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, making onboarding and issue resolution smooth. Their support extends beyond troubleshooting, often advising on best practices and ways to optimize the platform for our organization’s unique needs. This real-time support has been essential in effectively maximizing our use of SkyPrep's features.

Negative: Here are three areas where SkyPrep LMS could improve:

Bulk Content Management: Updating or uploading large volumes of content can be cumbersome. A more streamlined batch-upload feature or content library management tool would save time, especially for organizations with extensive training libraries.

Advanced Gamification Options: While basic gamification exists, adding customizable achievements, enhanced leaderboard settings, and more interactive elements could further boost learner engagement, particularly for long-term training programs.

Deeper Analytics and Predictive Insights: Although reporting is robust, advanced analytics on learner behaviour and predictive insights would be valuable for identifying potential gaps in training effectiveness and making proactive adjustments.

Summary: This is a great eLearning platform which fits are needs very well. Training always pays you back and this product fits well with our company. We have reduced turnover in the short term because our employees are more prepared for their on-the-job learning.

Positive: AI features allowed us to set up customer scenarios which employees are likely to face with a real-life guest. We can monitor these scenarios ahead of time before the employee gets in front of our guests.

Negative: Integrations were difficult, but it wasn't always the fault of SkyPrep.

Summary: We offer training to customers, we create courses and test to monitor learning process and effectiveness. We manage users' path of learning, we create detailed reports on the effectiveness of the learning process. Enhancing Skill Development in our customers' staff we get better relationships and satisfaction. The platform is reliable and easy to use.

Positive: My team implemented the platform in a very short time. It guarantees us a top level management of the Learning Management system. It's very easy to produce any report we need and we can take data-drive decisions on every aspect of the training process and the business development in this area of activity.

Negative: Nothing to say about this, the new CMS gives great solutions for content creation and management, thus solving a former area of improvement.

Summary: My overall experience so far would be completely satisfied with the layout ease of adding participants and following the progress of my our learning but also staffs progress and problem areas.

Positive: I like how easy it is to navigate through the platform.
Easy to add participants and to review progress and assign further learning also very informative for myself as a administrator of courses.
Know quiz scores to inform me of further training needed. SkyPrep is a very useful platform.

Negative: There nothing I’m not happy with sky prep so far.

Summary: Overall, I've been SUPER satisfied. The amount of customer technical issues has dropped over 90% from our last system, and honestly, the ones that remain are typically user error and things out of SkyPrep's control. They don't over complicate it, are friendly, reasonable and happy to meet the needs of customers that do things a little differently.

Positive: Setting up courses compared to other systems we have used in the past (I demo'd several before settling on this, and this was our 4th LMS system over the past decade) was SUPER easy! While our unique requirements did require some specific adjustments, they were very eager to assist and made the process pretty seamless. Additionally, they provided us with video calls where they would walk me through certain settings and setup to make sure everything met our specific needs. I was able to upload a course, create quizzes and have it almost fully to our custom settings often times in under an hour!

Negative: They don't have 24 hour customer support which does make it a little harder if there is a tech issue after hours or on a holiday, BUT if there is a major system shutdown they will still be responsive, and luckily, we really don't have any system issues. I would just make sure to avoid timing your initial rollout over their holidays as support will be limited if you experience a learning curve.

Summary: From our initial sales call to signing the contract, SkyPrep customer service was the best. SkyPrep has all the feature we want.

Positive: Easy to administer. Easy for staff to use. The back end is user friendly. price to feature ratio is excellent.

Negative: Nothing really. Implementation was easy, management is easy.

Summary: I think that this is one of the best training programs I have every used. So user friendly. Amazed.

Positive: I really do love the fact that my agents can be following along with me. Easier to read and follow.

Negative: Sometimes there is a little lag in signing agents in.

Summary: SkyPrep is a great LMS platform, and the team there is amazing to work with. They say they are the “LMS without the Mess”, and this is completely accurate! We have received nothing but positive feedback from our team members using SkyPrep. As an administrator, I can say that I have never received any help requests from any of my team members, which is a sign of how uncomplicated the system is to use.

Positive: Very receptive to the user experience and product enhancements. From a user perspective, it has a clean and uncluttered UI and appearance, and for new learners it essentially requires no onboarding, it is that self-intuitive. Their knowledge base is great, and if I get stuck or forget how to do something, the customer reps are simply fantastic and always there to help and guide you.

Negative: Initially, when we started out, there were some features that were not available that were important to us. We submitted these new feature requests, and in a short matter of time, they implemented these features. We are not a large customer/user, yet we had some unique requirements, so it was appreciated that they gave the same priority to us as other larger customers. What was a con is now a pro.

Summary: Excellent. Meets our needs for patient education and internal training. Easy to implement and UI is very user friendly.

Positive: Course and Lesson creation. Learner ease of use. Customer support is great and willing to make the changes you need.

Negative: Assessment tracking and grading could have better functionality.

Summary: Incredible. Anytime there is a feature or something we wish we had, SkyPrep works hard to get that feature to us and usually makes it better than we could have imagined.

Positive: Great customer support and staff.
Easy to use from the admin and user standpoint.
The app allows our staff to learn on the go.
The ability to integrate Zoom into the learning to check in with staff.

Negative: The app is not easy to read since it's a smaller version but that is all.

Summary: I'm extremely pleased with SkyPrep. I have had experience with "more robust" LMS's but they are often too complicated for the average user and can easily turn-off engagement. With SkyPrep, admins are empowered and users instantly know what they need to do.

Positive: The various features that allow me to ensure that our employees are well training and are in compliance.

Negative: No cons, just a wish-list item. I wish that there was a QR system to be able to pull up and see what certifications and licensures an employee has/had.

Summary: Overall, I am very satisfied with not only the SkyPrep platform from both a user and admin perspective, but the individuals I have dealt with at SkyPrep are awesome. Always friendly and very helpful :)

Positive: I love how easy this software is to use from both an ADMIN and Learner perspective. It's quite intuitive and if you're not really sure how to do something, you will likely figure it out just by playing around in the LMS or accessing their many help articles.

Negative: It's difficult for a user to locate the certificate for their Learning Path. Locating individual certificates is easy, but to locate the master certificate so to speak, it's not well placed.

Summary: I think it was a great experience overall. It made it very easy to get all our into in one place. It also has a great formatting making it easy for the trainees to use.

Positive: I liked how easy it was to integrate our training into the SkyPrep LMS. I also liked how there's the ability to create assessments to check the knowledge of our trainees at any given point.

Negative: It took me a little while to find out how to grade the assessments for the short answer questions.

Summary: The sales process was not pushy, the product met all my initial criteria, and support has been second no other.

Positive: Once I understood how to use the features, it was fantastic. When they say that SkyPrep is the LMS without the mess, they really mean it.

Negative: Learning curve was steeper than I had anticipated. But, all good things, right?
