Summary: I recommend this offering for small businesses. It has helped to advance my offering into my target market with significant effectiveness.

Positive: The features and support are over the top in terms of quality and ease. The look is pleasant. The feedback I have received to date from my target market helps me believe I went with the best offering to meet my needs and wants combination.

Negative: I doubt I would have been able to use this technology without their support.

Summary: We are a small nonprofit organization with a limited budget. We were able to integrate Site Search 360 into our site to ensure that our audience could find the content that they need, across a few of our interrelated sites. The basic functionality was easy to set up and the support team has been fantastic.

Positive: We have a patchwork of systems that create the online user community and resource network for our members. They don't realize it is different systems behind the scenes, but until we went Site Search 360, our users could only search within each URL separately. This solution allowed us to provide our users with one search bar that could find content across all those domains.

Every time I reach out to the help team, they are timely and helpful. They feel like an extension of our small team.

Negative: Honestly, I don't have a negative that is related to the product. The only thing is that I wish I could harness more of the solution as I know we've barely used the functionality to its capabilities.

Summary: 100% can't complain and wouldn't think about it. Generally these people so far have been a great help.

Positive: Everything and in between the peanut butter and jelly is the works....
I have been looking how to include the searches from over 6 different folders and sites in php and it's conclusion for a long time was that it couldn't be done. Until now.

Negative: Price is the problem people here are worth it. Replies and responses are great.

Summary: Ease of installation, ease of use and THE BEST SUPPORT! really happy.

Positive: We were looking for a search engine for our politics-based site and having tried many which were either too simple (not enough features) or too complex (involved too much tech knowledge and backend work) we found Site Search 360. EXCELLENT. fully featured and easy to install and use. Best find (no pun) this year

Negative: Nothing so far. I am non-technical but have some website deployment skills. Easiest to use that we have found, great value for money

Summary: Overall, the experience with Site Search 360 has been overwhelmingly positive. The high quality staff they retain for support is their greatest asset. Even if all other aspects of their business worsened or went awry, the quality of their staff would more than make up for everything else. They are just that good. They give you the best value right now amongst their competitors.

Positive: A few great aspects, in particular, to highlight of Site Search 360 are the simplicity of the experience of using its search bar that lead to precise results and the power of its index with which it provides these results. Our own site was in need of a reliable yet simple search plugin, and this product & service suited that need extremely well. Their support and staff though are their greatest gift by far. They have been so personable, gracious and fair over the years of working with them. Highly recommended.

Negative: Even though Site Search 360 is amongst the cheapest in their industry sector, it would become that much more attractive and valuable at an even lower price for customers. They would blow out their competition doing business in the same sector. The dashboard could also use a revamp, especially for newer clients, to become more easily accustomed and integrated to its ever-growing range of features and options.

Summary: We moved to Site Search 360 after Google Site Search started displaying competitor ads. Pricing, unlike many other offerings, was affordable for our small business. Integrating with our website was pretty straightforward and the search worked very well when installed. A big concern was that it might drag down our lighthouse scores, but it's nice and fast and had zero impact.

Positive: Good customer service, constantly improved search, nice and quick, relatively simple to integrate with website and very fast.

Negative: Not a lot, I cant think of any problems we've had in using the service.

Summary: The response time of the Site Search 360 team is legendary. They are simply there for their clients and we never feel lost or helpless. They are a credit to their organization!!!!

Positive: We upgraded to the Holmes version of SS360 and have thus increased our search results from 1500 to 3000. The SS360 support team offered their guidance and the transition went smoothly.
We also made an unusual request - namely that the topmost page image be shown in search results next to the page reference itself. They implemented their solution for us as an XPath and it worked straight out of the box - amazing!

Negative: Can't think of a single instance. We have always received courteous and RAPID service. XPaths are difficult to grasp and implement but with SS360's assistance - their solution works every time.

Summary: Absolutely no complaints. The search bar covered all my 4000+ pages. The staff were absolutely flexible and accommodating in meeting my requests.

Positive: The friendliness of the staff and willingness to help me set up an affordable custom plan for a highly efficient search bar for my ancient website!

Negative: Nothing really. Maybe a way of uploading a personalized icon for the search bar (instead of the magnifying glass) but this can probably be done (but I don't know how).

Summary: Again, the customer support team is truly what makes Site Search 360 amazing... Maryna is particularly exceptional!!

Positive: I'm 100% new to Site Search 360, so I've reached out to their support team several times for help. They do not disappoint! They are so kind and helpful, and they don't make me feel unintelligent if I don't understand something. In fact, I feel like I'm constantly learning from them. They're also open to sharing new ideas/feature requests with their development team, which is great!

Negative: It's a bit complicated for a beginner. I'd also love to see more multi-language options.

Summary: Overall, everything is very satisfactory. Early on when first setting up I got a little stuck, but in reaching out for help and support, they quickly stepped up to the plate and assisted me very well. I am a paying customer on the Columbo plan.

Positive: Site Search 360 gives my website a professional look when it comes to visitors navigating for what they are looking for. I also love having Smart 404 set up to fix situations when people end up on a no-such-url.

Negative: I have been a long time user and as yet can not think of any cons.

Summary: They are professional and always willing to help and always come back with a great fix.

Positive: The guys at Site Search 360 are prompt and always deliver.

Negative: Nothing - they are great. I cant think of one con.

Summary: The customer service is just perfect even for non paying customers.
More companies should take an example.

Positive: I used the FreeFaqGenerator which is a very nice tool.
I found a small issue and the development team was very quick in their reply and the solution. Even though I'm not a paying customer. It shows how much they care about the quality of their products.

Negative: No cons.

Summary: One of the rare times I write a review is because Site Search 360 is one of the rare times I ran into a SAS product and company worthy of my review. If you can afford it, I recommend it for your company website.

Positive: I like the YouTube indexing, our 100+ videos deliver maximum value now. (Now that included in our company website, these powerful selling tools get seen more by potential customers.)
Being able to fine-tune algorithms (with XPath) because no one knows our site and content better than we do, is a close second for what I like best. Third, and what originally convinced me to go with and stay with SiteSearch360 is their excellent customer support. I only had to use support 3 times, but each time they replied within 24 hours, and unlike most support, they had the correct solution the first replay each time.

Negative: I saw a statement once, but it did not register with me what they were referring to until I went to upgrade from free to paid service. That was that the free trial is using the highest-paid version, so if I subscribe to the lower-cost version, I lost some of those great options I had experienced in the free trial. So I wish they would emphasize that point more during free trial registration and usage.

Summary: This is a premium search indexing service and it shows. Our organization has used Site Search 360 for about 4 sites for several years, and it has steadily improved during that time. Getting started using it with Wordpress is fairly easy, but using the more advanced features requires some learning and patience. Fortunately, support is where this service shines: it is always fast, responsive, helpful, and friendly. Pricing is very reasonable, with discount options available -- could be expensive for high-query sites though.

Positive: Search indexing is very robust, lots of features eg. sitemap, regular expression white/blacklist, adjust fuzziness/boosting, etc. Wordpress integration is easy and powerful. Ability to view index entires is very useful. Extremely easy to get started. Dashboard/management UI is constantly improving. Support is awesome.

Negative: Moderate learning curve, especially when managing white/blacklist rules or integrating multiple different sites. Management UI can be overwhelming at times, documentation can be confusing. Account / plan / projects hierarchy is awkward.

Summary: I'd recommend this product for anyone. It was easy to implement, provides great features, and is very reasonably priced when compared against some competitors.

Positive: Easy to set up.
Easy to modify title, body, images, results, etc.
Easy to point to a sitemap, multiple sitemaps, a root URL, or all of the above.
(mostly) Easy to understand UI.
Fantastic direct feedback when pulling custom title/body/image with a field for any URL on your site to test content extraction on.

Negative: Mixed results for some images even though the image appears on the same place on all pages. Reindexing appears to fix the issues most of the time but is not guaranteed.
Authenticating with a custom login window is clunky, and doesn't work if the login window form isn't set up normally. I'd like to see better control over specifying the username and password fields (guide suggests specifying controls by name. I'd like to grab the controls by ID, class, name, etc. The SS360 UI isn't clear on css selectors) AND the submit button. My custom login form has multiple buttons on it without the default button type=submit so SS360 couldn't log me in. I worked around this issue by whitelisting the IPs for SS360. Easy enough.
