    Route optimization that saves money and time

    Summary: Before SimplyDepo, we constantly dealt with missed stops, outdated paper logs, and endless phone calls between drivers and dispatchers. Now, our drivers complete more visits per week, and dispatch coordination time has been cut by more than half. It’s given us not just savings in fuel and time, but also peace of mind that operations won’t collapse if someone is out sick or a truck gets rerouted.

    Positive: We operate a beverage distribution fleet that covers multiple regions, and dispatching has always been one of the most stressful parts of my job. With SimplyDepo, route planning is now drag-and-drop simple. I can rebalance deliveries in seconds if a truck breaks down or if we need to add last-minute stops. Drivers immediately see updated schedules on their phones, and since it’s integrated with QuickBooks, delivery notes and invoices always match. It feels like the type of retail distribution software that was built by people who understand what dispatchers and drivers really need.

    Negative: The migration from our old system took longer than I hoped. We spent about three weeks cleaning and uploading legacy data, which slowed us down in the short term. That said, now that everything is in, it’s been running smoothly.

    Summary: We were buried in manual processes. Wholesale orders came via email, which my staff manually keyed into spreadsheets. Errors were common, and reconciling with accounting was painful. SimplyDepo eliminated that. Orders go straight into the portal, synced to QuickBooks, and everything is audit-ready. It has freed up at least 15 hours a week across our small team, which is huge for a startup like ours.

    Positive: I run a beverage brand we sold only online but now switching to growing wholesale arm. Finding a retail execution platform that could handle both worlds felt impossible until we came across SimplyDepo. The integration with QuickBooks has been a lifesaver. Invoices are generated instantly, and reconciliation no longer eats up my weekends. My reps now take wholesale orders offline at trade shows and sync them when they’re back online.

    Negative: Since SimplyDepo is more distribution-oriented, some features like route planning aren’t relevant to us. I’d love to see more ecommerce focused dashboards, like lifetime value of wholesale buyers or churn tracking.

    Summary: Our beverage brand has self distribution, and SD helps us a lot in all areas. With check in/out functions we can see the situation on the “field. Adding photos and comments helps a lot in the management of each individual store.

    Positive: Huge functionality, effective and comprehensive.
    Time and money saver. Offline mode is a huge plus, since in Manhattan poor connection sometimes could be a big problem.

    Negative: Using their platform for 3 months and hadn’t found anything critical.

    Very convenient platform for CPG distributors or brands to have all you need in one place.

    Summary: Very positive. This is definitely a great new solution in a market that everybody needs to evaluate.

    Positive: The platform is extremely user-friendly. You really get what they are promising - a consumer-like experience. Easy to navigate, easy to operate. I really like the onboarding, even though it is a little bit undefined but it was productive, friendly, and tailored to our business.
    We are CPG brand owners but I think this platform fits to distributors of CPG even more as the functionality here is very strong. Managing and expanding retail store contacts on this platform with a mobile app is very easy - my favorite one.

    Negative: Communication (customer service) is friendly and helpful however kinda fragmented as they do not have too many people to do it. They did not have an import data feature yet but it is in progress already. In general, the platform is new and you can find some minor issues here and there but improvements are also got delivered fast.
