    Summary: Bad Bad Bad. When i am trying to cancel order the company says if you cancel order you to pay penalty in next order why? If company made a mistake why should we have a penalty? Its very bad policy

    Positive: I am giving a order in Shopsy and they are say me your order is deliver on time but my order is not delivered on time and customer care executive don't provide solutions. Very very very bad service. My surprise is spoiling and i am feeling very embracing with my friends. I am very sadly said now i am not purchase any items in this company.

    Summary: Shopsy online shopping should be pushed to consumer court for such cases and I reached out to social media for creating awareness so that people will not fall as a prey like me and not shop on Shopsy online. Flipkart customer service team says this is no return policy product so they even cant refund for the missing 5 sets which i haven't received. This is only awareness message so friends please be careful while shopping online with Shopsy.

    Negative: Worst service. Ordered online from Shopsy via Flipkart bill #FMPC3302811184 - 6 sets but received 1 set. The label on the parcel says 6 sets and the packet of the parcel is too small to pack only 1 set and I was expecting a quick delivery return and total refund as the quality of the product is worst like footpath products.
