Summary: I’d recommend this to anyone! It’s so easy to use and it’s amazing to have all of my tools and resources contained in 1 application.

Positive: I love that I can do everything I need to do or access in my day to day, directly from Shift! It keeps things organized and reduces time in my workflows.

Negative: Sometimes the screen will freeze and I will have to restart shift. This doesn’t happen often.

Summary: I've been using it on a daily basis for my job during the last 3 years, and I will keep using it for much more time

Positive: Having everything centralized helps me focus on what's really important for my job, having less distractions and without having to open other tools or products to check what I need, or even to navigate through different windows

Negative: More apps to integrate within will be a top feature that will increase the value of the product

Summary: Overall, Shift is a very productive platform. It helps to save time by centralizing all of my work emails by adding an extension. The quick toggle feature works seamlessly. It allows me to check emails without logging out and logging in again. Its integration with Asana makes it very effective.

Positive: It has a quick toggle option to quickly switch between different accounts.
Any business emails and Microsoft 365 emails can be added.
The setup process is simple and it eliminates the account logging process.
Integration is available with Asana, Slack, Airtable and various other tools.
The user interface is super clean.

Negative: There is not much team collaboration option on this platform.

Summary: Managing different email address is a very difficult task. For this, I use Shift tool. It saves me time for switching between different accounts. It connects with account and gives you freedom from login and logout problem.

Positive: The best use of this tool is to save times from switching accounts and logout problem. Very easy and convenient for business use. The user interface is appealing.

Negative: I never encountered any problem with this software.

Summary: Overall it's great as you can be logged into a lot of similar apps at the same time without needing to log out.

Positive: Super easy to set up and login to all your accounts in one page. They add new apps all the time as well.

Negative: I wish they had more options for additional users.

Summary: Our small team of 3 use Shift and it has solved a lot of our pain points. You can only have so many incognito tabs before you start losing everything in the mess. Hope they keep this up at this price!

Positive: - Great UI

Negative: - The USD pricing can get steep for people outside of the US
- Smaller selection of extensions compared to apps

Summary: I use multiple chat and messaging services for business and personal use, 15 of them to be exact. Previously this meant running multiple different apps on my system or having a ton of browser windows open that I would accidentally close when I was done browsing normal websites. This was a huge pain. Shift was a godsend! I can combine all my chat/messaging apps into one location/app, and not have to worry about accidentally shutting one of them down. It gets heavy use from me each day, and the integration with all the platforms seems pretty solid. It's super easy to install, and any time I've had a bug, customer support is pretty prompt about getting back.

Positive: - fantastic handling of using multiple web chat platforms
- great way to make containers for custom web apps, without having to resort to multiple browser instances that can be accidentally closed down

Negative: The notification badges and use of web plugins can be inconsistent/glitchy at times.

Summary: I love it, makes me work faster and with ease. This is the perfect app for a business my size to keep me organised.

Positive: Ease of use, multiple tabs saves me so much time. I can work on documents, emails, contacts and messaging all in one place.

Negative: Sometimes lose windows like google drive and have to log back through.

Summary: Overall, Shift is quite a good application because of the useful and productive features it provides. There are some shortcomings, but they are minor, so it can be considered a default application.

Positive: -You can have multiple Gmail account and switch between them comfortably with this app.
-Shift has very convenient shortcuts that make the work very easy and fast.
-Integration with other apps is straightforward and secure.

Negative: -It is significantly slower than other alternative applications.
-It keeps freezing, and you have to close the app from the task manager every time this happens, which is very annoying.

Summary: Shift is great when it's great! When it's not though it's basically useless. It can be soooo glitchy for my needs. And many times I find myself frustrated and returning to my standard (Chrome) browser to complete certain tasks. This is especially true with WordPress, opening links in new tabs, Shift tends to lose "custom domains" for apps, and often passwords aren't saved. The Wordpress issue is still unresolved nearly 7 months later and it renders the app useless. This is especially hard to swallow now that the price has doubled and I'm paying more fore less functionality.

Positive: The concept behind Shift solves a huge problem - having separate workspaces (and therefore logins) for different clients. Overall, the interface is user-friendly and is relatively easy to set up. It makes switching between clients fast and easy.

Negative: Some apps are super glitchy or do not work at all, and customer service is extremely slow to address these problems.
