QuickMove moves files where they belong with one right-click. Choose QuickMove on a file and it goes where that kind of file went before; for a new kind of file the Rule Wizard opens and builds the rule with you, matching on name, extension or a pattern with regular expressions, and from then on the move needs no prompt. Files that match no rule get a menu of your favourite folders. Every move is in a history with multi-step undo. Rules can be overridden or edited from the context menu, can send files into sub-folders named from the file, and can rename a file already in the target folder rather than overwrite it. The Automation plugin, an optional US$24.99 add-on, watches folders such as Downloads and applies your rules without you. Commands sit on the first page of the Windows 11 context menu.
