Summary: Overall a great experience and great software. Dani and Stewart are AMAZING and we've been treated very well :)

Positive: Love the look and feel vs. what we used to use. It also makes my life a lot easier being able to share call recordings and notes right in the system instead of having written reports go back and forth on emails.

Negative: Zero cons as of yet. Haven't used all the features yet though.

Summary: All in all, Shape is a great CRM, Love all the integrations and ease of use! I'm truly amazed by the all marketing automation included in this platform. Also lead prioritization has been a major help and keeping us stay organized. Love this System!

Positive: Amazing marketing automation, drip campaigns and database management software! I spent so much time using other platforms that do half of what Shape CRM does. Im very pleased with there support and staff!

Negative: Nothing really, all I can say it keep up the great work!

Summary: The support team at Shape has been great. They are constantly making updates to the system keeping it fresh and adding new features regularly. Even our original salesman Daniel calls us to check in once a month. We have been customers for a few years now and the product has really made a big impact on our business.

Positive: We have been able to truly automate our business saving us a ton of time and money in the process. Before we found Shape we had to use a system our CRM, DocuSign, and a point of sale. Getting all of these systems to API and work together was very difficult to say the least. Now we have everything in one package with Shape making our business run much more efficiently and training our new hires a lot easier.

Negative: We had the best account manager there Dani but she was promoted so we no longer get to work with her.

Summary: The product isn't just great, but the team at Shape software is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They answer any questions and help me in a timely manner.

Positive: Helps organize campaigns and leads in a user friendly and efficient way. I've been able to get more work done with the help of this product.

Negative: I don't currently have any cons about this product.

Summary: Simple to use and easy to reach customer service team. Highly recommend for a small/medium businesses who are looking for a straight forward software with great customer service.

Positive: Shape is where simplicity meets efficiency. Their easy to use interface coupled with data-driven dashboards makes them a critical software for any business. The integrated dialer feature is a seamless and really boosted productivity.

Negative: No cons, overall, it's very straight forward software.

Summary: Overall, Shape is a fantastic CRM that, in my opinion, is better suited to expanding businesses. Provides extreme value to users with lead prioritization and Shape IQ.

Positive: - simple to use
- lots of integrations
- facilitates a speedy and efficient workflow thanks to the simple design

Negative: A bit over the budget but I would say worth it in the long run

Summary: Shape Software is a very productive CRM tool. It offers one platform to manage CRM, marketing and sales. It helps to make work automated and gives the sales team to focus on growth.

Positive: It offers a productive tool to interact with clients. The client information automatically pops up when they request for support. Marketing automation works great.

Negative: Overall it's worked great for me. No cons.

Summary: Good Marketing automation and CRM gives rise of a business. For this Shape Software is an intuitive platform to shape up business for stress-free relationship management. It also gives email marketing service to send high-quality newsletters.

Positive: It gives you CRM, sales and marketing on a single dashboard. Email Marketing is also available for sending newsletters directly to the user. Reporting are excellent and help you take better marketing decisions.

Negative: I never encountered any problem with this platform.

Summary: Just be forewarned that once you pay for your first month, Shape will hold your credit card hostage, and you also, even if you are not happy with the software or support. After less than one month of horrible customer service, I contacted Yamma, or whatever his name was again, to inquire about early cancellation. He wouldn't give me a direct answer and I had to resort to contacting customer support via email only. So I did. Then they respond with the following..."We do offer an early termination option for an applicable fee. If you are interested in canceling before your contract end date, we can request the exact amount for you. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed." Notice again there is not a direct answer. so I have to respond, via email again. and ask them to tell me the exact amount I will have to pay to get them off my back. Here is how they responded..."Regarding your cancellation inquiry, since you are on an annual subscription, the cancellation fee would typically involve paying the remaining balance of your 12-month contract in advance. However, as a one-time courtesy, we are offering an $899 cancellation fee to close out your account." so at this point I realize the kind of company and people I am dealing with and I want nothing more to do with this company. I will pay the exorbitant 899.00 fee to get them off my back and out of my life.
I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you are willing to be held hostage regardless of your experience.

Positive: Pros: Software is ok, sort of, if you can spend extensive time arguing with the Robot to solve technical, set-up and usage issues. I would have to keep telling the Robot that he must have got the answer wrong... i.e. that can't be right, Robot? Then the Robot would literally respond, your right... here is the right answer. other times, I would figure it out on my own without the Robots help and then I would get back to the Robot and tell him what he got wrong and what the right answer is, and then the bot would say, OK thanks, I'll make a note of that...Literally, I'm not kidding. I spent many late nights trying to learn to use Shape software with no help other than a somewhat confused occasionally helpful Robot.

Negative: Cons: Customer support... some guy named Yamma? or something like that, would answer the phone 'sometimes' and couldn't or was not able to answer my questions or give me direct answers. I was basically left to go back and forth using email only. So it forces you to pretty much have extensive conversations/arguments with the robot.

Summary: At this point we have wasted a week of business we could have been doing trying to get this software to work correctly. I wish we had just gone with BNtouch to begin with and saved the headache!

Positive: I truly believe the functionality of the software would be great if it worked as advertised. Very easy to understand and implement dashboard!

Negative: The software is supposed to link to LendingPad and it has been almost a week and data is still not transferring from LendingPad. What is worse is that we have to keep telling Shape customer support and they should know that it is not working. Also, during the demo they showed us the great POS portion of the software functionality, but failed to mention that it is a $59 per user addon!
