Negative: Had seamless experience, there is no downside to share.

Summary: All of the features it provides out of the box are well-optimized and very practical for monitoring websites and inventory. The integration it allows is in good numbers. Also, the support team are informative and promptly responds to email.

Positive: I use Sematext Cloud mostly to overview the website's returned requests and errors. I liked its benchmark performance indicator. It provides an overall status of website health. Zapier tool can also be integrated in it.

Negative: There is a learning curve present on this platform.

Summary: We became more effective and our time required to fix any issues has also significantly reduced after implementing Sematext Cloud in our toolkit. It is easy to use and provides deeply collected data to understand errors.

Negative: So far I have had a great experience with Sematext.

Helps to track down the leakage/issues in the platform.

Negative: Two things I don't like are,
Doesn't provide much data when we monitor the website.
Can't share extracted data in reports or charts.

Negative: In my opinion, the interface needs some usability fix.
