The absolute worst Date: Aug 21 2025
Summary: For some reason our school switch to schoolcash this year and it's the worst. They sent a link on 8/1 which didn't work. I've reached out to them multiple times and they responded once that another link would be sent and they never did. It is 2 weeks into the school year and I can't get my children money for lunch, locks for their lockers, pay for trips, etc.
Positive: None. There is nothing positive to say about this product. It hasn't worked since it was introduced to us and the customer service has been awful.
Negative: Everything. The product won't work and the customer service has been useless.

Scammed Edited: May 15 2024
Summary: Totally unsatisfied!.All they had to do was be honest. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and they could have fixed the problem.
Positive: I liked not having to pay in person. Although I'm not sure that all the charges are legit. Online is always better.
Negative: I was charged $25 for 8th grade graduation only to find out from the school that it is free and I won't receive a refund. I am Outraged and the staff refused to fix the problem. Where is my money going? I already contribute and pay taxes!
