Summary: Wasted my time and money. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money. Get something that will actually work.
Positive: Nothing . I am required to use a minimum of 100 characters to explain the pros. Problem is there is no pros . I guess one pro is that it's only $39.95 so I didn't lose a tremendous amount of money. I did contact customer service and I've yet to receive a response as of today.
Negative: Tried to recover files from a corrupted flash drive. Took over 3 hours to go through 289 pictures. Zero pictures were recovered.
