    Summary: If I could give this a 0, I would!!!!!!!!!!! We were sold that it integrates with other programs but YOU have to integrate them yourself using Microsoft Dynamics. You have to build the connectors. We tried and you need to know programming to do it.

    Positive: Nothing about this program is a positive. Well... There is one. It can take the AUM of the accounts and create Tiers for your clients automatically based on criteria instead of manually but that is it. There are so many alternatives out there to pick from. We were sold something that ended up being very archaic. And we regret it.

    Negative: It can be customized to how you want it but it's so archaic that customization is not worth it. It connects to nothing via 1 or 2 way sync except Black Diamond. Anything you do has to be exported to Excel to use the data. The reports should work but don't half the time. And you have to know the coding of each field to even use the reporting for the fields you want to choose from. It's just so very complicated.
