Summary: Used on a daily basis for electronically storing, stamping, adapting, converting and creating pdf's. Great software.

Positive: Great price with many adaptable features including the E-sign feature. Excellent software support and ease of use is good.

Negative: Being unable to format text and change date in E-sign to UK format. Have had some issues when SODA pdf has updated and stopped working.

Summary: Fantastic to use and flexible. Many people need it and can benefit from it. It is so good to use on a daily basis.

Positive: Converting and other products of SODA PDF are very much user friendly and professional and make ones life so easy.

Negative: Need to have a 'loud reader' which helps to read PDF files.

Summary: IF i was in the working force, i could then afford a plan with more options. As such I have to utilize OTHER online products to complete my pdf requirements.

Positive: Has a lot to offer, easy to work with, i just have the basic, need it only on occasion, i'm retired and only have needs periodically.

Negative: The basic does not include password protecting, need to upgrade, i can't afford it on a fixed income. retired, the basic should include more options.

Summary: This was my first experience with chat platforms.
I was surprised by the agents patience with me.
Great customer service.

Positive: The agent tried her very best to help me with my problem, problem was my computer and MSN were not cooperating, so I told her I would work this out and if I had any more problems I would try and get back in as chat. Her name was Molly.
Very patient lady.

Negative: Not a thing. All was very well done on the agent's part. My computer was the problem.

Summary: Excellent product, great support team. The interface could use some modernizing. It could also provide some features from similar software.

Positive: Great support team, answering within minutes, if possible, helping with every issue. Great product, overall.

Negative: Customers wishing to upgrade to a newer version should enjoy lower pricing.

Summary: Great product and cost effective for occasional use, amazing online support which I never expected - fixed my issue in minutes and talked to a human who was helpful - very refreshing ;-)

Positive: Easy to purchase online and very easy to use, very cost effective for occasional users. Great customer support.

Negative: Nothing to say, it's great.

Summary: Great company and people to do business with and the people make the company excel at what they do to serve their clients.

Positive: Jane was outstanding and cares about what she does to serve the customers. I would recommend this product as the best in class.

Negative: Nothing... I have nothing negative to address. Very positive to do business with.

Summary: Despite not being able to use the desktop version which had many more options, I was happy to use the online product which solved most of my editing. Thank you.

Positive: Help desk people were very kind. Both Nico via mail correspondence and Megan via Twitter.

The online platform helped me do most of the things I wanted.

Negative: I bought a one week subscription for a single document.

The desktop version was not connected to my account. Always gave caution to update. Since my product was not linked to my shopping (although I was signed-in on desktop version) I could not save or download my pdf. From the desktop program, clicking on neither the password nor the management worked. the browser told that it was a too long or bad sth (I can't remember but sent the screenshot previously)

I had to download, install and uninstall the desktop version many times hoping to make it work.

It also took me about 1 day to realize that the online edited document was disappearing after 24 hours (found it on knowledge-base rather late).

The paragraph aligning options were missing on the online platform.

Summary: Absolute brilliant solution and excellent support ... especially Jane from support team was very helpful and nice!

Positive: Great software and excellent support.
The somewhat longer wait for a solution for Mac users was definitely worth it.

Negative: Sorry, no negative points to report! Thanks a lot for Jane from support team!

Summary: I am satisfied except for pricing policy Which seems me not honest.

Positive: Possibility to to convert files to Office ones.

Negative: Pricing after one year is much too high and this increase is not habitual. It can surprise customers. It seems not honest that suddenly you must pay much much more for a soft that you use during one year.

Of course customers normally know that, but by experience I think that many do not read carefully general conditions

Summary: Just fine and easy to use. Needs to have a user guide easily available. Would recommend to other users.

Positive: Very much liked the ease of converting a document from excel to pdf.
Very slick conversion once familiar.

Negative: The failure of the software. However good customer support corrected the fault.
Could do with a user guide.

Summary: Great value for money and the software has great functionality and features. Does exactly what it says on the tin!!

Positive: Does everything I need to do with a PDF - it's:

. Helpful Staff, on the occasions that you may need assistance

Negative: So far, I can't find any cons, but if there are the staff are really helpful and I'm sure they'll resolve any issues.

Summary: Wonderful product that does everything as advertised. Customer service is also top-notch, but in email and in chat.

Positive: I've used this product for years and years to accumulate tax papers....one file for each account I can add to each month. So easy to keep and access what I need.

Negative: I wish "inserting" a page was a little easier. It takes WAY too many clicks. A shortcut for often used features would be great.

Summary: I usually do conversions to PDF, fill in forms and make comments/notes on PDF documents. For that use it is really good.

Positive: 1. Price is just right, a lot less than other most advertised productos like Adobe.

2. Easy to use.

3. Great support ever time I needed it.

Negative: Windows 10 messed up with my SODA version 8 in the latest Windows updates, but I consider Microsoft is to blame since it destroyed my faithful laptop and I had to go for a full Windows recovery.

Summary: A great experience. What started out as major issue was quickly rectified.

Positive: Prompt attention, professional help.

Negative: Nothing.
