Summary: Overall this is a decent solution for business owners who need to host the media broadcast in their office.

Positive: Rise Vision can be hosted on multiple platforms - As far as I know it works on both Windows 10/11 and Linux. Linux would provide more options when purchasing the hardware, like Raspberry Pi, which is more stable than the Windows PC sticks.

And I like the new UI on Admin portal as well - really easy to navigate.

Negative: So far so good. I don't have much to think about in this field

Positive: Ease of use, being able to separate buildings and departments while having each account under the same "umbrella" has made things easier when it comes time to renew. Notifications when a system is offline. The templates make it easy to create slides, or pages to display quickly on the fly. Customer support is quick to respond to anything that needs troubleshooting, but I've only needed that once in 2 years, and that was for a hardware issue unrelated, but they still assisted!

Negative: Honestly, I haven't found anything to dislike. If I had a suggestion, I would say to add a Dark mode for the portal. (if that's not already a feature)

Negative: we have had reliability issues with one unit. needed restarting multiple times a week until it was replaced.

Positive: I've been using Rise Vision for years. Very easy tool to use to manage our screen casting needs at our retail locations. Scheduling works well as we are constantly in need of having messaging going up and going down so we are not serving the wrong message at the wrong time. Installation of firesticks in tv's and downloading the app on to them as also proven to be pretty seamless.

Negative: We have had some issues with the slideshows not loading correctly on our screens, or freezing or other issues that might be a combination of errors coming from the tv's themselves to the fire sticks. I know Rise suggests using their hardware for this, but the firesticks are so much cheaper.

Summary: Couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Rise Vision to anyone needing digital signage. I have used the service for almost 2 years and have no plan to stop.

Positive: I only have good things to say about Rise vision! Everything just works after you set it up. (No having to babysit equipment) The support team always gets back to me within an hour any time I need help. The pre-made templates save me tons of time with designing!

Negative: It can be a little pricy compared to other solutions, but its well worth it.

Summary: Great service, great support, great tool. I’m glad we made this choice. We now have a hybrid of Apple TVs, zoom rooms, Promethean panels, Sony TVs, and rise vision hardware running these signage screens.

Positive: We like the site licensing, diversity of hardware that is supported, easy to use user interface, great support.

Negative: Apple TV are not fully supported! This could be Apple‘s fault.

Summary: Overall, i wish all our software performed as well as Rise Vision. It's easy to setup, easy to use and easy to manage.

Positive: Rise Vision is so easy to use and it allows us to communicate directly with staff and students. People don't always read emails, but they always look at the digital screens we have on campus.

Negative: I haven't come across any issues that were not easily solved.

Summary: Rise Vision is a great program/software to use for your school area TVs/monitors. It is easy to use and has a wonderful selection of premade auto updated templates to use and the ability to customize what you would like with logos and built in players. Summary: Great product, would definitely recommend to anyone looking into digital signage in any industry as they make the product easy to use and customize to whatever setting you need it for.

Positive: Ease of use, number of templates available, ability to input company colors and logos, scheduling the pages is very easy, can run 24/7.

Negative: There isn't much to not like about this product, if I had to say something its would be that most of the current templates are school related. However they do make suggesting new templates very easy.

Summary: Definitely would recommend for easy way to distribute a lot of messages to a lot of people! Very user-friendly. I learned about Rise Vision at a past job and then implemented it at my current job when I started here. Any time I have a problem or something I can't figure out, RV staff is quick to assist. I use RV everyday and love how easy it is to use. I also taught my student intern to use it, and she has no problems at all.

Negative: I don't like that when our power goes out, storm etc. We have to manually reset the screens. Since some are off-site, this is a hassle.

Summary: Very satisfied. I have been using it for more than 10 years and issues have been minimal. When I have had issues, they are generally resolved within 24 hours or less.

Positive: Easy to use and navigate. Allows corporate control to signage across the country from one access.

Negative: Happy with all components. It can get pricey with 100's of displays, but they do offer some discounts for larger accounts.

Summary: The product works very well and the support is fantastic! Whenever we have a problem or a question, they are very very quick to respond. The software really can handle nearly every kind of content from PDFs & Office documents to photos to video files to content from the Web. You can also build dynamic displays pulling from RSS feeds. It also has many nifty templates that you can customize.

Positive: Very versatile software that allows for a wide range of content to be created & displayed on computer monitors, TVs and any screen with a computer or certain hardware attached. Easy to centrally manage so you don't have to touch each display.

Negative: Because the software is so powerful, there is a bit of a learning curve to get started. It is not exactly intuitive at first. But it is NOT difficult to learn! Then, we have many sub-companies in our account. It requires a paid upgrade to be able to easily publish content across all the sub-companies. So we end up logging into each sub-company individually and recreating the content when we need to distribute something across ALL screens.

Summary: Overall I really like Rise Vision. They have made our digital signage easier to manage and update as well as make it more visually appealing.

Positive: I really like the ease of use rise vision has. Their templates, especially their auto updating templates make life easy. Additionally I really like the ability to have rise vision on almost any hardware.

Negative: I wish their templates were a bit more editable. Specifically the formatting on the templates and some of the graphics; being able to move, edit, and change them.

Summary: Rise Vision is a program I use daily at my organization (a middle school). It is very user-friendly, I was able to learn it in a short period of time. It is such a unique way to display info and engage students.

Positive: I love the ability to display information in a resourceful and efficient way. I love the creativity within Rise Vision that offers fun slides and "games." I love that it incorporates my organization's colors and logos.

Negative: Some of the things are not able to change such as image sizes, fonts, logo placement, etc.

Summary: Rise Vision has made it easy to keep our outdoor signage updated with current show promotions while ensuring our indoor box office displays look sharp. We love that we can update content quickly from anywhere, especially when we need to highlight a last-minute ticket special!

Positive: We use Rise Vision for our digital signage outdoors and in our box office to promote upcoming shows, and it has been fantastic. It catches guests’ attention and helps us highlight showtimes, performers, and special events in a clear, professional way.

Negative: A little clunky every now and then (mainly because our schedules are complex). But we always figure it out!
