Summary: I always recommended Riddle to everyone ever since (have been using it for over 6 years). It's the best tool to learn more about your customer and provide them value rather than sending cold reach outs and random email campaigns.

Positive: I used Riddle to grow my DTC business in the early days – in order to capture website visitors and then allocate them appropriate in the relevant funnels in my email. I loved how easy it was to use, but most importantly how much data it allowed me to harvest about my (potential) customer. Email list historically constituted 50% of our revenue (at least) and by far knowing more about our customers allowed us to reach out to them based on what would deliver value the most.

Negative: I wouldn't know what the cons were... the team has always been very responsive, helpful and supportive.

Summary: Get this tool! Not only will it help increase engagement on your site or blog articles, but also is another way to have your website standout!

Positive: The tool itself is pretty customizable which is awesome, and it is very easy to embed a quiz on your site. The support team at Riddle is super hands-on and if a feature doesn't exist, it really feels like a solution is already down the pipeline and they are always coming out with new stuff.

Negative: Don't have any cons to list as of yet, has been a great experience thus far.

Summary: Our experience with the platform and team has been exceptional. Since we first subscribed to Riddle a few years ago, the functions and capabilities has expanded massively and the developers are constantly looking for new and innovative ways to make interactive content fun.

It's made a huge difference in engaging users with our content and I couldn't recommend them more!

Positive: It's simple to use, with tonnes of templates to help give you some inspiration when it comes to content ideas.

The team at Riddle offer world-class customer service. They're always on hand to answer any questions and have aways gone above and beyond to help us out, including sending demo videos to walk you through the steps.

Negative: I don't have any cons when it comes to Riddle - our experience has been exemplary.

Summary: This product is worth every penny. It allows to create engaging and information landing pages. We have used it repeatedly in our campaign work.

Positive: Much more than quiz builder, this platform creates a whole series of interactive experiences that transform the user experience for site visitors.

The support team is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Negative: You can control just about every aspect of the client-facing interface, so there are a lot of variables. It can take some time and maybe a message to tech support before you go live.

Negative: I would like more integration options with more ESP, or an option to add a custom form block, code, or other into the Quiz builder itself.

Summary: Overall, this is an excellent Quiz app. It allows use to create quizzes and surveys to which our readers respond with subscriptions to our newsletter.

Positive: Ease of use.
The ability to embed quizzes into our website.
Simple connection to Mailchimp (and other email providers).
The quizzes are responsive for mobile and desktop.
The Support Team provides excellent response.

Negative: CSS styling limited to more expensive upgrade plans.
I would like to see more styling options on the forms pages.

Summary: Overall, really like Riddle. Once the set up was done it, it has become an integral part of my lead generation strategy and takes legitimately no work at all. I haven't done anything in about two years and it is still preforming perfectly for its intended us.

Positive: Once you get it set up, literally don't have to do anything. I set mine up a couple of years ago and do LITERALLY NOTHING and it keeps on getting me leads.

Negative: It took me a bit of time to set everything up, but I'm not techy so I think this is more of a user issue than a Riddle issue.

Summary: Overall, a fantastic tool that should be utilized within any organization. The dashboard is easy to navigate and can be learned quickly.

Positive: The Riddle tool has many options including polls, quizzes, etc. The tool allows us to quickly create embedded experiences on our website. We are also able to modify those experiences in real-time without disrupting our front end usability.

Negative: Could use a few more customization options allowing organizations to truly fit their brand.

Summary: The range of features and options/products available is top-class. Support reacts quickly to requests.

Positive: Creating a quiz/poll/survey is easy and intuitive. User experience is excellent, especially on mobile.

Negative: Sometimes it's not obvious how some of the features work.

Summary: Riddle 2.0 has allowed us to create interactive experiences that are so much more than just a quiz.
Great interactive experiences for our users that aren't time-consuming to make.
Our audience are spending longer on our site completing the quizzes.
Useful analytics to check performance of the quizzes.

Positive: Ease of use building a quiz.
Include many types of media, eg video, audio, gifs, images etc
Lots of block type to build a quiz or poll, eg multiple choice, tap and find etc
Easy to customise and add branding.

Negative: The only limitation I have found is when I make a mistake it could maybe do with an 'undo' button or 'revert' back to an earlier version.

Summary: Riddle has so many great tools to use for marketing, and I recommend it to all my clients. It has proven successful as an engagement and cultivation channel, as well as generating new leads. And you don't have to be a technical wizard to use it. It's easy to customize the look and feel and embed it on your website landing pages. Customer support is always readily available and super helpful, and they are always improving and expanding their platform.

Positive: Easy to use and customize without technical expertise. Multiple layouts/formats are available for different types of engagement. Great customer support.

Negative: There's not much I don't like about Riddle. I'd love to be able to have an agency account that allowed multiple subaccount so that I could use for all my clients and keep everything separate. They probably do have something like that, but because I work with non-profits, it is cheaper for them to have their own accounts with the non-profit discount.

Summary: 5 star platform and service! Everything you can ask from a quiz platform. Looks great on our site and easy to integrate .

Positive: Platform is easy to use, in depth enough to have everything we need. Support is always on hand to help where needed.

Negative: Really can't think of any cons all experiences using the platform and problem solving has been great.

Summary: Riddle is a very robust system, with the 2.0 update brining so many amazing new features into the mix that we find work really well and get our audience engaging with our quizzes even more than they were before. The team are always an amazing help, friendly whilst going above and beyond to solve our query/problem.

We use this product daily and would recommend it to anyone wanting to increase audience engagements, it's made our jobs so much easier.
