    Positive: So many ways to customize our site for managing our RV Park. We can manage the entire booking abs customer management from one place.

    Amazing tool for our hotel!

    Summary: I think that ResNexus is one of the best PMS that i've used in my hotelier experience. It has so many tools that I could use from our front desk to housekeeping, retails and sales areas and of course managing. I highly recommend it!

    Positive: I like the tools that ResNexus provides to our business. We use it daily and we are always finding new things to add to our experience.

    Negative: It is not connected with all the channels that we use directly, so we need to pay an extra channel manager. It could be useful that they add more channels to directly connect with them.

    Summary: I would recommend ResNexus to any small or large Bed and Breakfast or large Hotel as their system can adapt to either. Guests see the system as if it is an extension of my web site. I like that feature. They allow many amenities for guests to choose from. I highly recommend ResNexus.

    Positive: ResNexus is great at customer service. When you call you receive a live person that is happy to help with any updates or changes that you might have to the service they offer. No matter how small of a request, they take the time to help you accomplish your objective. I have spoken with Richard 3 days in a row and he was patient and helpful each time.

    Negative: That my 21 year database could not be transferred from Rezovation.

    Amber in Customer Service is worth any cost!

    Summary: Have recommended this to other in our tourist town and will continue to do so! I know others have had issues with other programs but this one is great!

    Positive: The system has been easy to navigate, especially as a newcomer to the industry. The price is affordable and the training has been easy to follow along.

    But Amber is by far the best reason to have this software. She helps me every single time I need it and is always pleasant and professional.

    Negative: The website navigation is a bit confusing to work on your own website but every time I get stuck,
    Amber always saves the day!

    Summary: Give it a 9 out of 10, overall it is a very intuitive software.
    Easy to train new users with the library. Plus new users can sign in at home and practice, before coming in.

    Positive: Versatility incase of use. Multiple options and reminders.
    Love the library, makes training easy.
    In the cloud is awesome, can take bookings anywhere.
    Groups works well once you learn how to do it. The rest of the system is very intuitive.

    Negative: Needs a pop up to alert you when your mistakenly booking someone in the old year. It happens. It can't be that hard to put a phrase that says are you sure you want to do this? A little safety net would be helpful.

    Summary: Always receive good service from my red carpet professional. I just ask, and usually, they can find a way to accommodate my needs.

    Positive: We are an event venue AND have cabins. We like that they are able to tailor the reservation system for our different needs for both platforms. I am able to extend stays easily when an event group decides to also rent the cabins for their speaker.

    Negative: The housekeeping portion of the event venue to be used for 2 events a day isn't working so well like it does for the cabin housekeeping chart.

    Summary: If works for me and is very reasonable in price. And the cloud base software is easy to use., however I do get complaints from customers using the booking engine. They seem to have problems getting their dates in correctly and call often for help.

    Positive: The web based system does all I need and way more for my use in a small campground. It is very reasonably priced.

    Negative: Many campers can't seem to navigate the online booking engine and have to call for reservations

    Summary: For me looks of reservation page and support (being a seasoned innkeeper with minimal technology skill) are key. Both layout and support (on phone and support videos) are great with ResNexus.

    Positive: Of course the support is outstanding. As well the photos and reservation page looks great—larger and clear . It all looks good!

    Negative: Wish there were a few more services on my plan. Pricing is a bit high for professional plan.

    Summary: I would think your software would convert well to a model for Airbnb owners like ourselves who don't want all of the complexity a hotel needs, so something like a Resnexus LITE version. A simpler approach that offers that the things that Airbnb cabin/home owners want for a simple listing. Trying to maneuver your system for us is cumbersome and confusing, with lots of buttons and choices that have no bearing on our needs. We tend to set it and leave it (until there is a problem). If it was much simpler with less options, it would be much more helpful to our uses, but we realize that there probably aren't many one-home-owners in Airbnb like us...

    Positive: Your software offers a lot.... and customer service is good when they are around, but my main comments are in the Cons and Overall sections.

    Negative: Your software offers a huge array of options - too much for our simple business. The constant additions and changes, which are made to improve the service, often leave us confused as to how to make simple changes, and make us question if the changes reverted our policies to a setting/rule that we didn't want (for example the number of days required to rent seemed to change on us).

    Not a happy camper

    Summary: If this software doesn't become much more user-friendly within 4 months, I'm dumping it like a hot potato.

    Positive: I cannot think of any pros, maybe the color options you can assign to the calendar. Other than that, it is not user friendly, you have to click too many buttons to do a simple task and it takes you all over such as: click "check-out" save, then another click to "pay now", takes to another screen, click "add payment", then takes you to another screen, click send a "receipt", then another click to Summary.

    Negative: So many cons, most important one for me is that there is no kitchen report, want to know what that is, go check out Think Reservation. Kitchen report is for the chef and service staff. The support feature and the YouTube video instructions, directions, and where to find are out of date or do not match. It appears the software has lots of back door hidden secrets passages that only a spy can uncover. The whole software manages to overcomplicate tasks, from taking reservations to reporting to updating content.
