    Good platform to transfer funds with better forex rate

    Summary: The overall experience with Remitly has been great, specially the way to transfer with few clicks and then providing better rate, all of this adds to a better bargain to try this app.

    Positive: An app that provides user friendly UI, above all providing the best rate possible and at times cancelling out fees when sent beyond certain amount.

    Negative: When using economy as the way to send, it may take a week to two but with an higher forex rate.

    Summary: I have tried to get an answer with respect to how we violated the user agreement but no one will tell me. This is a very unethical company with poor customer service.

    Positive: None.

    Negative: I was a customer for 2 years. They then closed my account with no warning and the only explanation, in an email, is that we were not in compliance with the user agreement.
