Excellent Open Source Tracker Date: Feb 24 2021
Summary: A solid choice for internal tracking and software repo. There is a bit of a learning curve but it uses common Markdown language which makes it quick and easy to format Wiki pages. It has a very good support community to help when you need it and the developer is still actively developing this tool.
Positive: Has excellent tracking for in-house help ticket tracking and repositories for software. It's reasonably easy to use and setup is fast for developers, IT admins and devops alike.
Negative: The stock interface looks a little dated but can be changed with themes plugins. Some modern automation software is lacking from other vendors to work with it. But, there are still some like Zapier which can integrate this tracker with Outlook for instance.
