Positive: Tons of features and help is always readily available when needed. Both live and on YouTube so there is always helpful content should you need it.

Negative: Can be daunting to open the home screen and not know where to go/have so many options that you are not using. Too many options to click from (this is adjustable and some may prefer).

Summary: As a former appraiser and USAF navigator, failure to pay attention to details could get you sued or dead. CI 102 introduced me to Realnex's Market Edge, a fairly easy to use program to organize & create everything from a one page flyer to a complex CMA. The pre -designed templates often results in a bit of wow factor for our buyers or sellers.

Positive: Their always seems to be something new you can learn from the sales force and tech gurus which allows you be more efficient and effective in using their multiple organizational and marketing systems.

Summary: Five stars.

If you’re in commercial real estate and want a CRM you can count on, I can say with confidence: RealNex has earned its place on my screen for over 30 years—and it’s not going anywhere.

Positive: I’ve been using what is now called RealNex since 1992, back when it was known as Real Estate Assistant. Over three decades later, it remains the most consistent and valuable tool in my commercial real estate toolkit.

RealNex is designed for brokers. It’s not overloaded with features I don’t need—it’s focused, intuitive, and built to support how we actually work: prospecting, following up, managing deals, and staying organized.

In a world full of shiny new CRMs, RealNex has quietly delivered results—day after day, year after year. It just works. And in a relationship business like ours, that kind of dependability is priceless.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind that I dislike. It does what it promises.

Additionally, I am very satisfied with the support team's knowledge and response times, along with the professional, personalized service of my AE, Matt.

Negative: None of note, as the platform has all that's needed.

Summary: Overall, their software is easy to use, not very time consuming, and works great for marketing and presenting to clients.

Positive: Easy to use, variety of different options and features. Advanced analytics as well as integrated tools to strengthen the presentation.

Negative: Honestly, there isn't anything bad about it. I've used others which were more complicated and less user friendly.

Summary: RealNex is a great products to generating lease and sale brochures. Matthew is reliable in addressing my tech issue.

Positive: Matthew is very reliable in resolving my tech issues, he is always there to fix my tech issues.

Negative: There are not cons I am satisfied that Matthew Smith resolves my tech issues.
