This platform doesn't work - at all Edited: Feb 24 2024
Summary: Very frustrating to use as an end user. I would not recommend it to anybody in the current state. Looks like they don't have it stable enough to handle big loads of users and transactions.
Positive: Good attempt, but no cigar. Try again Gantner before claiming that you have a great product. The solution seems to have capacity issues both on front & backend.
Negative: The platform claims to deal with high loads of users that try to get tickets, but it does not do anything close to it.

Yes it has a waiting row, but that's where it stops.
My latest experience: being kicked out 4 times in 40 minutes independently if you are already past the waiting row or not. Then having to log in again and starting at the end of the line again.
