Summary: Rain is an easy to use way to give associates assess to their wages prior to payday for time already worked. Associates were always asking about salary advancements and were denied based on company policy. This gave them a way to address emergency situations when they needed to.
Positive: With current staffing struggles, Rain is giving us a way for associates to get paid prior to payday in case of emergencies. This form of instant pay has helped increase staffing. From a company standpoint, you can set the limits and parameters of its use.
Negative: You have to work with your payroll provider to set up the deduction codes and integrations. Depending on your payroll provider this could take some time.
