Summary: Queue-Fair really took all of the stress out of our website launch/opening online store day! Our customers had no complaints or concerns and it really helped us to feel comfortable with the load on our website and the customer shopping experience.

Positive: Ease of use. Plug & play. Simple and clear for customers. Provides timing for customers (lets them know when they will gain access to the website). Customizable. Great, friendly, professional support team.

Negative: I do not have any cons to share about this service.

Summary: Fair virtual waiting room, it manages traffic on our website in order to avoid congestion during big ticket launches.

Positive: Very good product, easy to implement ad use. It can be adapted to different websites and pages and it has a very good customer service. Recommended!

Negative: We have found nothing to dislike at the moment, it works properly.

Nothing was too much trouble and support was available whenever needed, including out-of-hours.

Positive: Queue-Fair has been the perfect solution for handling spikes in demand for tickets through our website.
Our customers can easily see that they are being queued fairly and can monitor queue progress in real time.

Negative: Queue-Fair's product and service met, and exceeded, our expectations.

Summary: Wonderful really, just wish we could use it more as it makes ticket releases actually fun instead of very stressful!

Positive: Once a year we have a big ticket release, in previous years our site has always crashed which has proven very stressful for everyone involved. Queue-Fair solved this problem, our website didn't crash and customers we able to purchase tickets seamlessly. It all just worked, just as our onboarding consultant said it would. With Queue-Fair we are confident for even bigger releases in the future.

Negative: None really, the experience was just great from start to finish.

Summary: Queue-Fair was really successful, it works really well. Support has been brilliant - every question has been answered super quickly. There are lots of events coming up where we want to use Queue-Fair too.

Positive: Queue-Fair is seamless - really easy to set up and configure. For the limited quantity stock we want to sell - and not oversell - the customer experience is completely improved. No more site slow downs or trouble adding to baskets. Perfect. Queue-Fair meant we felt like we were in control on our key trading day Black Friday - and knowing how many people were arriving at the site each minute was really useful too. The business really likes it.

Negative: To date there is nothing that jumps out as needing improvement.

Positive: Awesome contact with the team, easy to use, perfect implementation into our system, really helped us to fight the high usage of our servers once a week.

Negative: None by now, at the time of this review, we've just the service for 2 months, without any problems.

Summary: We want to thank both Matt and Mike for making the process seamless and for their support for helping us with the set up. When we have similar events, we will be sure to use Queue-Fair.

Positive: We recently used Queue-Fair for the first time and were shocked at how fast it was to set up and how easy it was to use.

Summary: One of the best experiences I've had with a company - particularly a SaaS product - ever. And I deal with a lot of SaaS companies.

Positive: Phenomenal help from Matt during sales and implementation. Product worked great. Easy to understand dashboard. Love the customizations for the waiting room page.

Negative: Loved it all. Maybe one small improvement would be to have a QuickStart Guide or similar to make the getting started process feel easier.

Summary: We called Queue-Fair on Sunday evening because we were doing a drop. They answered immediately and solved the problem within five minutes! They saved our drop and did everything very quickly!

Positive: We use Queue-Fair monthly and it has been working great. We had a problem from an update and because of this service did not work.

Negative: At the moment we do not have any cons/complaints for Queue-fair.
