The Qualitas EagleEye features a versatile modular design that allows users to select their preferred image resolution, fixed focal length optics, and various illumination options such as spotlight, dome light, ring light, and bar light. After the installation of the camera module, the images it captures are transmitted to our cloud application for the purposes of annotation and training. Through an intuitive point-and-click software interface, users can label these images, which are subsequently utilized to train a deep learning model. Once the training is complete, the models can be deployed “over the air” via a user-friendly one-click deployment interface. Following deployment, the autonomous vision system is capable of independently inspecting the captured images, providing valuable results. Additionally, the cloud-based application enables ongoing performance and accuracy monitoring, allowing for closed-loop re-training to correct any errors and enhance system reliability over time.
