Only the thing is whether the message is seen or not.

Summary: I'm always concerned on how we communicate with my employees. But when I compared this to Slack I never went to back. I understood that how is this important to my business, to my employees and to the customers. This is a lifesaver. Thank you!

Positive: I never write reviews but I think Pumble deserves a praise. I just don't know how to get rid of the old chats but overall I am happy I switch from Slack to Pumble.

Negative: No technical issue since we started using it. I hope it will continue.

Summary: I'm just starting to use Pumble, but I'm already in love with it. Looking forward to building my first company as a CEO and creating more collaborations with others using this platform.

Positive: I've used similar apps before and I can say that the main advantage of Pumble is its design.

The combination of colors like purple on grayish-black on the left side is quite dark but not overpowering, which is good for the eyes. While the white and light gray background for the black text makes the messages easy to read. Another one I like is the round edges incorporated in the interface design because they give the whole look a relaxing feel.

Negative: Everything looks great but the default smiley icon I got as the profile photo. For me, it looked rather "sad". Hope you can change it into the usual smiley, or anything that is actually smiling.

Summary: It is a reliable and professional application, it is easy to use and can be easily understood. Supports channels and thread feature.

Positive: Messages pop up even if the application is minimised. Having the ability to create channels and also have the thread feature.

Negative: Not having the feature of voice messages and not having the feature to add the favourites.

Summary: A good friendly alternative to other platforms and a refreshing interface. Needs improvement and it will really be okay.

Negative: - Design needs improvement, the light-version theme is not really white. Has some dark elements to it.

Positive: Pumble got an amazing services. It allows us to organize conversations using threads, communicate with team members via direct messages, manage permissions, and customize web and mobile notifications. It offers a host of features such as custom workplaces, tagging, personalized profiles, API access, and more. Teams can also interact via video chats and conference calls and share images, files, and URLs using a drag-and-drop interface.

Pumble let us manage multiple groups and gain visibility into the job roles and contact information of members. The built-in search functionality enables organizations to search message history, shared files, and other information on a unified portal. It also supports integration with various third-party applications to facilitate data synchronization amongst different systems.

Negative: First of all, despite all the technological advancements, problems with wi-fi and software are still real. They get to us most certainly during our virtual meetings. For sure, you have by now seen at least some of your colleagues freeze in the funniest positions during your online meetings.

Moreover, we’re all tired of that one unavoidable question at the beginning of each attendee’s virtual meeting presentation.

You guessed it — it’s the famous “Can everyone hear me?”.

As funny or annoying as that may sound, it’s necessary to check if we’re heard — sometimes, due to various tech issues, we won’t be.

Summary: It's really good so far since you can communicate anywhere plus you can also screen share which is great. I think that's one of the highlight of Pumble. For now I'm still exploring it and that's all I have discovered as of now.

Positive: I'm new here in Pumble since this is our new way to communicate with the team. I have tried it for a day already and everything seems good and great. I also tried it using my phone and it works. Even when I'm away from home or anywhere I can still communicate with our team and it easily opens whether you open it by phone or a laptop/desktop. In short, it's hassle free.

Negative: I hope Pumble will have a better screen when using by phone like I can more expand the screen like zooming in/out. But as what I've experienced it's already good to go.

Summary: Great since we are using this app for free. We are able to communicate and create channels within our team. Most importantly is we can share files easily.

Positive: This app is very easy to use. Once you opened it, you get to see what you need without clutter. UI is very simple and not complicated. You can easily understand and use it even if it's your first time to use it. You don't have to keep looking for that buttons that you need.

Negative: It has no calls features. It is focused on chat/message communication.

Summary: Overall I would recommend this app as an alternative to google teams or slack. It is affordable as well. I will diffidently share this to my friends!
