Summary: It continues to be a great experience for myself and the families I work with. Having a high level of communication and keeping record of families and staff in an organized way is very beneficial.
Positive: I like how easy it is to use, how many different features it has in one place, and that it is affordable for what it offers.
Negative: Little picky things with formatting a couple forms, etc.

Summary: We really like Procare and all the options that it offers. It is easy to use. Parents also like the ease of communicating about their child.
Positive: I love the capability of quick communications between parents and staff. No need to give out personal phone numbers.
Love sending photos.
We can contact all parents at one time.Negative: We miss the All Room option that recently was taken away.

Summary: 10/10 Overall Experience. We continue to use Procare Solutions even though our state is currently offering Brightwheel for free, because we are and have been happy with Procare for over 10 years.
Positive: Ease of use, connectivity, attendance tracking, child information management, great customer support!
Negative: Occasional site crashes in connected features like Procare Connect.

Summary: Happy with the customer service when we have questions. I appreciate that chance to chat or make a phone call.
Positive: Great customer service, ease, abuse, and everything all in one place. using Procare billing has also streamlined that process and made it so much easier to use on administration and parents
Negative: I wish the forms would be more user-friendly. I am still using another platform for our enrollment forms to be filled out online.

Summary: I have been using Procare for almost four years. I like the safety pickup and look up phone numbers to contact the parents.
Positive: The software is easy to use and understand. I use it every day at work for active supervision in the classroom. I am able to share my concerns with my parents in my classroom.

Summary: As a small business owner, I wanted a product that maximized my "bang for my buck," and this was it. I love how much I get for the very reasonable price. It makes many aspects of running the center easier, from an admin point of view, because so much is easily accessible on one screen.
Positive: Procare is user friendly and does "the bare minimum" for those just starting out and new to the platform. Once you get comfortable with the basics, I love that it has a ton of other, more advanced features that can be utilized. I chose Procare because it's an "all in one" for me - billing, child and employee data management, timecards, parent app, etc. all in one place and for one price.
Negative: I would like to see more customization options, even just aesthetic ones such as matching your platform to your brand colors, fonts, etc.

Summary: Overall, my experience with Procare has been smooth sailing. Procare updates the system regularly and is very helpful when you need them for anything.
Positive: Procare is very user friendly and easy to navigate when introducing the system to our new teachers. Procare provides tutorials on how to navigate the system which helps a lot.
Negative: Something I do not like is not being to copy and paste newsletters from the different centers, since we are a multi center facility. If Procare is able to change that feature, then I would not have any cons.
